First off, I want to say that I'm a customer who has very little knowledge about wheels and tires, so I trusted the professionals to guide me and do the job correctly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Last September, I went to this shop to purchase new tires. The price was decent, and I thought I had found a reliable place. Everything seemed great at first.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Fast forward to the beginning of May--I brought my car back in because it was shaking and the steering wheel was swerving. The gentleman there told me my alignment was off and that I needed new tires again. I was confused because I had just purchased tires from them only a few months ago. When I asked for my service records, I found out they had only balanced my tires the first time--they never did a full alignment. As someone who doesn't know much about tire maintenance, I didn't realize that was something that should have been done or at least recommended. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Because the alignment wasn't addressed, all four of my tires wore down unevenly and had to be replaced after only six months. I ended up paying over $200 more for new tires and an alignment on the front tires that could have saved me from this issue in the first place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Wanting a second opinion, I went to Les Schwab, where they did a full inspection and explained everything in terms I could actually understand. They told me the previous tire installation appeared rushed and poorly done. My tires were not properly balanced, and even the alignment dots on the tires were not lined up correctly, causing unnecessary wear and tear. Honestly, what upsets me is the carelessness. This is people's hard-earned money, and we trust businesses to provide quality work. I've now spent close to $600 fixing something that should have been done properly the first time. Lesson learned: do your homework, ask questions, and make sure you understand what services are being performed. Quality work may cost more, but poor workmanship can cost even more in the long run. read more

Thought this was just a tire n wheel spot... glad I was wrong, they do most if not all repairs that other traditional shops do. These guys were able to install new tie rods in my truck, and got me aligned down to the tee. I bought the parts new, and they installed it without a problem. read more

Don't trust these negative reviews, they seem to be from people that refer to car parts as "that thing" and don't know their front from their back. As a real car guy, this place is legit, and a gem. I contemplated if I should share my positive experience on yelp or not because I want to keep them for myself and not make them busy... but gate keeping isn't right, especially when these guys kill it! I was looking for a spot to lift my truck, and although Antioch Tire and Wheels came up, I didn't expect them to do mechanical work, so I called: A rep named Ali picked up the phone, and was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. That hook was enough for me to give them a shot at installing a 6in lift on my 2001 that most shops are scared to work on due to heavy leaf springs and more labor than a simple coil over swap. Let me tell you, Ali and his crew killed this build and got me aligned and straighten out to boot! This experience was definitely a pleasant change of pace of what I'm used to in bay. Definitely earned my respect and business, and will be making the drive all the way to Antioch for this shop! read more

Service was TERRIBLE! I had to download yelp just to give this place a bad review. I came here to get an alignment for my car and i came in confident and with lots of trust in this place. I'm always friendly with people and i didn't expect anything bad to happen. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I get there and they're already trying to raise the price on me but i'm not too worried[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but they get help me in around 20-30 minutes and then i waited another 30 minutes and it was done. I went to go pay and once i leave and enter the freeway i notice that the steering wheel got even worse and went to the left even more!! i quickly went back and told them and they made me wait. I'm patiently waiting and new people come and they helped them instead of me after telling me i would be next. I was very mad and told them i had already paid and that i had to go to work soon. They ignored me and said they have to work too and that annoyed me even more. I waited since i couldn't do anything and i had already paid and they finally help me and did it again. He brings the car out and STEPS ON MY GAS!!! that bugged me but i didn't say anything. He drove it in a line to show how straight it was. I just nodded and took my car and just said thanks and left. The steering wheel LOOKED kind of straight (it was slightly turned) and when i would let go of the steering wheel it would still go left. I bought rims and tires from this shop in march 2022, after putting just 20k miles on the tires (not my daily driver), I had a blowout, then looked at the manufacturing date on the tires and they were made in January 2011. Well long story short . I was driving my Tesla when my car told me my tire was completely low and to pull over immediately.... I learned then , teslas do not have spare tires . If I could post a ZERO I would, the vendor jacked my audi R8 up on its side fins INSTEAD OF THE ACTUAL FRAME - then gave me the run-around for months about how the business was sold to his brother (and they were both still there) and that he REFUSED to pay for the damage caused. Also when they mounted tires to the rims they used the metal bar directly along the black edge of my rim, removing the paint and finish ($500 each rim). I've added pictures to the photos of his business for destroying my vehicle ($2,500 in damage) and refusing to make things right. DO NOT EVER bring your car here. They gave me a price per tire, very reasonable price so I told them I would in this afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I show up and meh service wasn't so good. While replacing my tires, I don't know if this dude was the manager, I couldn't tell. He said it's $60 per tire I said ok cool that's the price that I was told on the phone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then he goes cash only. I was surprised since who the hell carries cash nowadays. So I said no way I can pay with my debit card. He said nope cash only. I was like well you should've told me on the phone bruh![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Anyway, I told them I had a bill. Manager dude said ok $100. Then when everything was done, I gave him $100. Then he goes pay the $20 on your debit card. I was like huh? Why can't I pay the whole $120 on my debit card. I just want to put out a warning to anyone looking for an auto shop to go to! DO NOT GO TO ANTIOCH WHEEL AND TIRE!!! My daughter and I went there Sunday to get a new tire for my car. That evening the tire was flat. I realized the issue was my rim and not the tire. Went back for them to fix the issue with the rim. I had no intention of paying them any more money because they should have caught the issue in the first place and addressed it. Also because they got over on me giving me a used tire! But they refused. So, my recommendation is to not take your business there. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction and used the opportunity just to get over on 2 women ! That's initially why I didn't want to take my car on my own in the first place because it seems pretty typical to get taken advantage of just because I'm a woman and don't really know any different and because I trusted them to do the job I paid them to do. Won't go into so much details, but came in with a car that only needed one repair, and came out with a car that needed more because of their careless repairs. Here 2 years ago and had excellent service. Today I called to get a quote for two tires 245/40/18 @$140. I called America's tires and got a quote for $179. I figured ok I'll go to Antioch tire since it was $40 less expensive. I went down and had the tires installed and was charged $280. I said you told me it was $140 and he stated that was for one. I looked online and saw the Dimax tires range from $64 to $102 max. I explained that to him and he said "sorry we don't match online prices, that's what we sell them for" I should have verified the price again before installing it but but that's in retrospect. Not only that, they mounted wrong side back on the vehicle so my tpms sensor is reading on the opposite side. I had to balance the air when I got home. I guess I won't be doing business here again. read more

Came in with my challe and they did a quick tires service. They gave great advice and shown me the reason why I shouldn't do 295 on a low rise. .. So I mean they know what they talking about too. I was just wanting to push the vision. They took precaution with my car. It was over hour but it didn't feel like it. They were ALL nice. Got great prices too. They cool . I got a mailer from this place for a $50 alignment. I checked a few other spots and they wanted $110-$85 for the same job so we took the gamble and decided to give this place our business. It used to be good year tires but I guess this place is under new ownership. They honored the coupon and we were outta here in a little over an hour. The only reason i give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because none of the employees wore masks and our steering wheel, door panel and handle are covered in grease. read more

I used this shop to purchase a set of 4 wheels for my car. I initially was told the rims woud arrive in two days. This later became 5-7 days...I only used this shop because the pricing was competitive and the promise of quick service. The vendor did request cash for the price of the wheels. I agreed and signed the contract. Well the wheels did not arrive in two days nor did they arrive in 5 days. I was later told the wheels were a special order and will not arrive for 7- 10 more days.. It had already been 5 days so I'm looking at two weeks wait time. The customer service sucks here. The sales rep had told me twice he would call the vendor and check the delivery date and call me back with the information. Both times I had to contact . kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkhim to check on him and his supposed follow up to me. It never happened. Don't use these guys, they are unprofessional and totally lack customer service skills. The wheels finally arrived and they were scratched already.. I purchased a tire from them and the tire was flat which I was totally devastated being I noticed it when I was getting ready to go to work. so I went here for an oil change, my husband has takin my Honda here so I'm due for an oil change and decide to just take it to where he takes it I go in at about 3:30 I get out of my car with my 1 yr old and walk in the guy tells me they are on lunch and to come back in 30 minutes so I run to Walmart and come back I pull up, get my son and myself out of the car again and walk inside and wait at the front desk only to be ignored by all of the staff there. now I wanted to flip out and walk into the back and yell for assistance since clearly they saw me pull up but just proceeded to ignore me but instead I calmly grabbed my son got back in my car and left.
