They are not good people they take your money so easily and state products are new but they are not and they fall apart and all these people do is place the blame on you.THE CUSTOMER! On April of this year we purchased a washer & dryer (and sofa) from R&R Appliances. The staff (father, daughter and mother) were super personable and friendly. 7 months later we smell gas in the laundry room. A quick visit from the gas co we learn that the connection is fine. The issue is inside the dryer. As it is past the 'warranty' period, we were not expecting them to deal with the issue without compensation. Plus, it's a great opportunity to show great customer service right? Wrong. After several calls (all initiated by us, no call backs as promised) the bottom line we've been given is there is nothing they can do. 7 months. Spend your money elsewhere folks. read more

I would say you get what you pay for, but their pricing is not too far off from purchasing a brand new product so I expected some quality. I purchased a refrigerator at the beginning of the year and once delivered we noticed the ice maker was making only a minimal amount of ice and the panel was not lit up. They said they would order the part, come almost two months later and still no part to fix it. The lady told me they have them sent to their home to avoid mail theft, but it was apparently still stolen from their home address??? They eventually sent a repairman to the house only for him to have the incorrect part. I believe they grew tired of my inquiries and have ignored any communication or follow up. Horrible service once you purchase the appliance, but they are super friendly when your buying. Buyer beware, save yourself some grief and just buy new. read more

I never overpack my washer and I always do all the laundry in my house but how fitting is it to say that this is my fault and that her technicians noted when they came out that I had a load of extremely HEAVY BLANKETS! first of all this is a lie straight to my face. second of all they are trying to dodge a bullet here because I asked for a replacement not another scheduled maintenance appointment of them coming out AGAIN and doing absolutely NOTHING. she threatened to void my warranty and tried to hang up on me. after calling back a few times she answered and I let her speak her piece all for her to continue blaming me and then tell me they are not going to do anything anymore that it is now my problem! I was as polite as I could be before this woman started accusing me of this that are so untrue. save yourself the headache and just don't give this place your time. Ice maker has now broken down on the fridge I purchased less than one year ago. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I recently purchased a LG refrigerator form these people and that was the biggest mistake i could have made. Well the first 2 weeks i had a problem my freezer wasn't working so I called and they sent there tech out he added coolant (or something like that) and he said there it's fixed. So like less then a week goes by and still my freezer isn't working and also my ice maker was making ice but wasn't dispensing the ice so I called again for them just to send the tech out for the 3rd time he re-set the refrigerator and said that should fix the problem again. Well guess what IT DIDNT he mad it worse now my ice maker isn't even making ice so now i call and talk to the owner i guess and he's not letting me explain and I'm frustrated at this point and he said in your contract it says if there's a problem with your ice maker that's not our problem. I'm trying to tell him that there wasn't a problem with my ice maker making ice before his tech came out. He just made it worse. I told the girl that answered the phone the third time I called that I don't want to call back a fourth time with an issue with my fridge if there's anyway I can just get a new one she agreed with me. So when I mentioned it to the owner I guess he was not for that. I told him this is BS I got scammed into buying a lemon He laughed at me and said he'll send out a tech on Friday (today is Thursday) I just want my money back and they can take there broken refrigerator. No no no! Absolutely DO NOT PURCHASE from this store. Discovered problem with a fridge about a week after purchase. Reported it to whom I think is an owner. He acted like it was no big deal, so we figured fridge was supposed to make that "noise". Fridge stopped cooling or freezing soon after. They attempted to fix after much argument and dispute over lousy 2 month warranty for which they had to admit they knew we DID report it just after purchase. After about 3 visits attempting to fix the cooling problem, ice maker no longer worked. They ADMITTED they did something wrong and broke the ice maker but would NOT fix it saying it was out of warranty. Even admitting they themselves broke it-they said they don't know how to fix it. They will not come out again to try to fix. They will NOT offer a refund or exchange. Nothing! Acted like it wasn't their problem. They said if they allowed repairs after warranty they'd have to offer repairs to everyone-even if they are the ones who ruined the fridge. Read other reviews. Very similar stories.
