The selection is huge, especially if you shop online. I use the website to shop, but I still appreciate the personalized service from the store personnel. Went in with my daughter, right off the bat older white woman working there gave us a nasty glare. Was looking around when I asked how much for delivery on living room set with a nasty expression asked if I had my drivers license?! Then went to say I needed to log in to computer?! For what!? Went in for a washer, dryer, and a refridgerator. The woman on staff was too busy on her computer talking to someone to assist. When presented with a question, she tells the individual on the phone "hang on, I'm going to take you off speaker, but don't hang up." I suppose I'll either take my business online, to another store, or an entirely different company. Having worked retail as long as I have, I don't know how this place keeps their doors open. Perhaps they have better, more competent staff at other points in the day. read more

5 stars for Juan's service & the man who delivered our couch with him on Saturday afternoon & well4 for the others at the store.. the minute we walked in the store, Juan greeted us & helped us right away as the other 2 ladies just stood there & kept talking to each other.. Juan helped us with the paperwork & got us in and out so quick.. with our now most favorite couch. He searched around other locations just so he could find us the one we wanted. I was also soo surprised to see him do deliveries & he told us he helps out when they're short handed on the weekends... I thought that was very nice of him & shows great character. I definitely will be back to Aaron's for more furniture & to add touches to our new place. read more

BEWARE!!!! Aaron's 24875 Alessandro Blvd Ste 3 - Moreno Valley CA . DONT GO!!! Horrible customer service, and poor professionalism.. I originally ordered a Dinning Table and Living Room Couch. They had NO Problem taking my money, even though they needed to order it. I waited a whole Week, than I receive a phone call from a female assistant a week later who stated, "The Table Came In, But the Couch Didn't". I ask her if she can call other stores if they had a new couch, a few minutes later she called me and said, "Your in Luck, I Found You a couch, We had one in the store, I just didn't see it".. Lies Lies Lies! She was trying to pass off the store display couch as a new couch, and never told us.. When the guys came to deliver the Table and Couch, they said they couldn't deliver the couch because it didn't fit, only the table.. When I asked: 1. Did you get it out of the truck and Try: They replied NO 2. Did you measure with a measuring tape and try: The replied NO 3. They called the store manager and passed me the phone, who I was hoping was going to find a solution, and treat me as a valued customer, but didn't. a. He gave me a flat out NO they cant b. Never acknowledged that I had given them a deposit. c. Never acknowledged that his associate gave me a floor display couch and they where passing if off as a new one. d. Never tried managing his delivery guys to at least try to deliver the couch, but didn't. e . Never once did he try to make this situation correct by offering some sort of discount, or come into the store and see if we can offer another couch or some solution to fix this situation, But didn't At the end I also rejected the Dinning Table as well, If this how they do business then I want No part of this.. The worst experience i ever had was at Arrons first they made us wait a week for our furniture and when they finally get here to deliver it the drivers were being lazy and said they could not bring our couches in because we lived on the second floor, horrible customer service and when i made them call the manager all he said was if they said they can't do it then they can't do read more

Arron's took my money out of the account knowing I do not have the product because I canceled them before they delivered it. They told me I should get my money back in 4-5 business days. It's past 2 weeks going on 3. I called them back they said oh sorry we can't find your account. I was pissed that they took my money and don't want to refund it back. The manager said he will call back he never did. So I called back and they said he wasn't there to call back in 30 minutes so I did. They said it again call back in 30 minutes so I did. They will not refund the money they will give you the run around. read more

terrible they took my money the first day 200 dollars for a youth bedroom set and a queen size bedroom set. they filled out all the paper work and after taking my money and not giving me the option to wait until i had the right merchandise said i would have to wait 3 and half weeks for the right shipment to come in i wait three and a half weeks for the right shipment and it comes instead of checking my references etc. before the shipment comes they call me the day the shipment arrives and says i have to go back in and pick up my money or reapply which took 2 hours the first time because the references werent verified before shipment came in so they cant send out the delivery i would never send anyone to this place even if they were an enemy. it is a rip off and a waste of time.....1 month later and my 4 year old and 2 year old are still on the floor sleeping while i get set up through rent a center read more
