His pricing was fair, the service was quick, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I needed my miele vacuum repaired. What really stood out was his customer service. I had lost an attachment for my vacuum, and Pablo happened to have one on hand and generously gave it to me. They are never on time to open. And lunch time are incredibly long like 2 hours. This place is a hit or miss. Wouldn't recommend

Giving different quote & info over the phone to rent a rug cleaning vacuum then showing up to the shop just to hear not so nice cashier guy tell me, "no, we will never rent for that amount". I gave person the name I spoke to and he looked at me like I was crazy and lying. Please communicate as a business and be honest. You will get more business if you are just nice & honest. read more

Before moving back to Orange County my family had been going to this establishment for years. We will continue to go here simply because we love it that much! The service is great and we've never had any issues. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about but I did notice its pages with very little reviews and or only negative reviews. I always look at the review and the reviewer as well. Anyways, I love supporting family owned businesses, it makes the experience more personal and genuine. And what makes it even better is that the prices are great and affordable. I love that they have a store pet that greets you also, adds a nice and cute touch! This is hands down the place to come get all janitorial and vacuum related issues taken care of. You can really tell just how much knowledge the owner and employees have about anything and everything related to the business- any question, they know what the answer is and the best way to solve it. I have a Miele and Dyson that I've had to bring in because of all the wear and tear and was taken care of in a timely manner and at a good price. All parts needed for vacs like bags and bands etc. are all here along with a variety of other supplies. No need to look elsewhere. Love to support such a friendly and helpful family establishment. Clerk was super helpful and fast. Brought my eureka in for warranty repairs and be fixed it on the spot in front of us and not trying to upsell us.(subsequently showing us how to do the easy fix). Also carries nicer brands like Miele. Plus the parrot in the store is adorable. read more

Left my Eureka there to have some warranty work done on the 10th of last month. Nust got it back today. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. Didnt get a call until the end of week #4. The running theme everytime they called was that they were waiting for parts from Eureka and that since they were the "little guy" they got passed over for parts in favor of the "big guys". I was also too that they had the parts in and I would have my vacuum at the end of the next week and then they called and said they were still waiting for parts. If anything happens to my vacuum I will be taking it somewhere else. read more

Had my carpet cleaned by these guys and they did a fantastic job, it looks good as new and at a fair price. I've also brought my Hoover vac in on several occasions to have it repaired and I get all my bags from here. The family parrot is a big bonus too, sometimes he'll sing. Do not take your vacuum here! They had my vacuum for over a 5 weeks and never touched it. No communication at all. After the first 3 weeks of them having it, I called twice to find out what was taking so long, they said the part was on backorder but never called to tell me. They gave me a loaner vacuum and they finally ordered the part from another source. Two weeks later still no call to pick it up, so I went down there with the loaner they gave me (which broke) and demanded my vacuum bad. Owner was not there and apparently my vacuum was in a locked back room to which he could not open. Eventually, (After calling the cops) they opened the door and got my vacuum, which had the wrong canister on it and missing my extension cord which was connected to my vacuum when I dropped it off. He had to go looking again for mine. They were supposed to clean the insides of my vacuum and fix the part, in all the time they had it, they didn't do a thing to it. Will never use this place again! read more

Their customer service started out potentially good in the beginning but when I had a further issue with the machine that I put in repair, I raised the concern and they became frustrated and hung the phone up on me. That's never an option when you're working with a customer! read more

Pro Vacuum did a good job of tuning up my vacuum cleaners (not a carpet cleaner). I keep two vacuums in the house one for downstairs and one for upstairs, one bag less, and one with a bag. I believe they are both Hoover machines. I told my wife we should buy new vacuums and she convinced me to try the tune up after seeing a coupon in the Monthly Moreno Valley magazine that was sent to our house, good thing I did. I dropped them off, I didn't catch the guys name, about a day later they called and left a message that the vacuums were ready. I plugged them in for a test run, wow they functioned like new. The price was reasonable too. It has been approx 4 months since I've had them tuned up and they are still running great. I will definitely bring my vacuums here in the future. A few weeks later somehow my kids rough treatment caused one of the screws to come out of the vacuum and they had the screw in stock and just fixed it right there. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - Thief This company was an "Authorized" Hoover repair center. I dropped off my damaged Hoover FH15000 for warranty repair on 2/11/2017. I was told that it would take 6 - 8 weeks for the repair to be completed, if Hoover approved it. After 6 weeks of no communication I called to find out the status of my machine. This call was placed on 3/25/17 at 2:44 PM. I was told that my machine had not yet been repaired by Hoover. The service rep said that Hoover can take up to 8 weeks to repair or replace a unit and I needed to be patient. The rep assured me that he would call as soon as a decision was made on my repair. I waited another 4 weeks. After still not hearing anything, I called back on 4/26/17 at 2:38 PM. I was told by the service rep that about 2 weeks before Pro Vacuum had severed ties with Hoover and was no longer a warranty repair center. The service rep then told me that Hoover advised Pro Vacuum to dispose of all warranty units. The rep told me my unit had been thrown out and I needed to call Hoover to have my unit replaced. I asked if they planned to notify customers about this and he said they did not have plans to call any of the Hoover warranty repair customers. I was not even given an opportunity to come pick up my damaged unit and didn't even have a serial number off of my unit to show any sort of proof of ownership when calling Hoover. I then called Hoover and explained the situation. They swore they would have never authorized a warranty center to dispose of a customer unit without customer approval. I then called back and spoke to Pro Vacuum and was told that they had the "right" to dispose of my machine because I had left it with them for more than 30 days. However, they NEVER informed me that it was not going to be repaired and I needed to come get it or have it disposed of. I threatened to file a complaint to the BBB (this has been done) and police charges for theft. The rep replied that I could do what I needed and wished me a good day and hung up. Hoover called me back the next day on 4/27/17 at 1:10 PM and said they had spoken with Pro Vacuum. The manager at Hoover told me that Pro Vacuum indeed threw my machine away. She also said that Pro Vacuum confirmed with her that they had no intention of notifying warranty customers about the severing of ties with Hoover and disposal of all machines. She then informed me that I probably could not file theft charges against Pro Vacuum because on the bottom of my receipt was printed "Not responsible for loss by fire or theft". She felt terrible about the situation I was in and said Hoover would do everything they could to make it right. She confirmed that in order to make it right, they would ship me a replacement machine free-of-charge. It was shocking and disappointing just how bad, unethical and criminal Pro Vacuum was in this situation. And on top of that, they were unrelenting both times I spoke to them saying "we just did what we were told". I would hope that no other customer ever has to have this kind of terrible experience with Pro Vacuum. read more

The workers here are liars and lazy. I will be reporting this business to the better business Bureau. I left my area rug to be cleaned because my dog peed on it, said it would take 3 days and took a month after several excuses freon the owner bring gone 2 weeks, the machine was broken and they last my phone number. When I picked it up it still smelled and looked like it was never touched. Such a horrible business I don't see how they're still in business. read more
