Joseph from Supertechs Appliance Repair had a next day appointment when I called. He was prompt, very nice and explained all of the possibilities regarding my oven not working. We were lucky that it was the easiest one and he was able to locate the part quickly. He came back within ha couple of hours and had it working great. Joseph has been extremely helpful and is always willing to make the time to come resolve our issue asap! I cannot even recall how many times he has come out to fix our dryer at this point because we have a teen who loves to leave PENCILS in his pockets and never checks before doing laundry Our dryer has been jammed countless times and he always treats it as a priority to come out and take care of the problem. Amazing guy, took care of our family within a matter of minutes. I called Joseph the morning after our dryer was howling to the moon and he came through as quickly as possible. Turns out one of the rollers in the dryer was stuck and rubbing up against the drum causing it to make all sorts of noises. Joseph was prompt, started dismantling the dryer and diagnosed the issue in like 30 mins I believe. It was so quick I thought I was going to be given bad news to go get a new dryer.
