I rented a Billy Goat field mower to aid in clearing the lower acre of our property. Phone service was prompt and polite without any holds. My equipment was ready when I went to go get it. They honored my Groupon without batting an eye. They showed me how to use the machine. They loaded it in my truck. They didn't give me any weird energy about my being female. All the equipment on the lot looked clean and basically brand new. And they had better rates than the other places I looked at. I will definitely be back! Unfortunately I might have to rent ACTUAL goats instead of the Billy Goat to truly eat through the blackberries and morning glory.

I reached out to Brian about two frames on my coffee table that were literally warped and destroyed during a move. I explained to him what happened and sent photos him photos. He took care of the frame within less than 30 minutes and gave me an honest pricing. Brian was fair, friendly and patient. He did a great job and my wheels are able to stand up correctly on the table. I'm looking forward to returning so he can fix an issue with my bed.

Home generator had a bad flange on the muffler exhaust. Oh, and I dropped it off ~2:30 on a Saturday...they called at 5:30 and said I could pick it up anytime. Same. Day. Done. Right. Wow...don't get that kind of service these days except for here! We scheduled an inspection with Alberta because their website states that they have licensed OSMs preform the inspections. They sent Daley Paris, who is not a licensed OSM, based on King County's list of OSMs. We looked into his qualifications because he was very high pressure to schedule work to be done by Alberta immediately. To us it raises serious concerns for a company to send out an unlicensed employee who presented himself more like a salesman than an inspector. We then had the inspection done by a company that sent a licensed OSM to preform the inspection. When the report was submitted by Alberta it was signed by Pete Couty who is a licensed OSM, but Pete Couty did not do the inspection or even come to the property.
