I literally called before driving all the way from South Orange County to see a car that the salesman said was there. After arriving, sure enough the car was not there. Drove well over an hour to get here just to be given a story about why the car isn't there. Really disappointed. There is no respect for one's time at this business. I would strongly recommend think twice before investing time and or money here.

Before coming into Fullerton, I had originally taken my truck to another Ford dealer in the area, in which my truck sat there for a week, not even pulled into the shop, undiagnosed, and fully un-communicated with by the service advisor. Which was super frustrating being out a vehicle for this amount of time. I ended up picking the truck up and taking it over to Fullerton, which was a great decision! At Fullerton, I got in touch with Cesar, who took excellent care of me and my truck. He was super communicative, and productive on getting my transmission issues fixed under warranty and was even able to get me a rental car while my truck was getting wrenched on. I do want to note too, the whole service team was great, when Cesar was gone or out for lunch they all picked up his work and made sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't find myself back in the service department anytime soon, but if I do, I'm 100% bringing the vehicles to Fullerton over any Ford service dept in SoCal. Might even find myself in the sales department later on down the road!

Two weeks after getting it home it died again. I reached out to see if ZORA from ZRV would help with the alternator because AAA said it was bad. Zora said he would but never came through. Two weeks after getting the alternator replaced it DIED AGAN! I reached out to Zora to just help get the car running for my 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER and he was filled with empty promises! It's DECEMBER and the car has been with us for less than 90 days and ZORA hasn't even offered to fix it! He will sell you a lemon and it will be YOUR PROBLEM after you drive off! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HIM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ZRV UNLESS YOU YOURSELF CAN FIX HIS CRAPPY CARS! He sold us a car that has some sort of electrical problem .. a PARASITIC DRAW... and all we asked is that he help us FIX IT! He won't even do that! Horrible person! There's no reason a dealership should be selling a car in that condition. Before the tire issue, my alternator went out, and while they replaced it, they still made me pay out of pocket, which didn't feel right considering how soon the problem happened after buying the car. I really wanted to trust this place, but after multiple major issues in such a short time, I can't recommend them. Buyers beware -- inspect everything carefully and don't expect much accountability once you drive off the lot.

However, bought a 2014 truck w/ 94k miles, $3700 down... and less than 60 days later, realized it needed a 3k TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY (A new transmission was recommended even), Drive shaft and Fuel pump module. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my books TWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some credit I put this review on Google and Yelp since I feel it's important everyone hears me out on this honest review AND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.
