I tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but my experience has been nothing but stressful. I've only had the car for about a month and a half, and two of the tires were already completely bald -- one even blew out on me. There's no reason a dealership should be selling a car in that condition. Before the tire issue, my alternator went out, and while they replaced it, they still made me pay out of pocket, which didn't feel right considering how soon the problem happened after buying the car. I really wanted to trust this place, but after multiple major issues in such a short time, I can't recommend them. I purchased a car from this company. Two weeks later after receiving a stellar CarMax report from dealership of no issues, the check engine light came on. Issues with the check engine light continued. I took auto to my mechanic during the visit the check engine light turned off. At that time, I could not get a proper diagnostic report. I phone Springfield Motors right away to the report problem. The car then started to leak large amounts of fluids. I am now stuck with large repair bill! They also held onto my new registration and tags for 2 months. I had to phone them. I was told that they have the tags and registration in the office. I did not understand why they were not mailed to me directly. If I had not phoned, I may have never received them. I paid cash for the auto. Still having major issues!!! BEWARE!!! My car ended up costing me 3000 dollars in repairs the first 4 months I had it. Broke down the 3rd time I drove it! I bought my first car from this dealership. I needed one fast but I deeply regret that I bought it! The third time I drove the car the engine over heated. I took it to a mechanic and he said there was a leak in the water pump. The mechanic helped me deal with the dealers and they finally fixed it for me for free. They were not even willing to pay for the towing at first. The car still needed to get the axel fixed the triple A guy said he saw a leak. The dealers said he was lying but I took it to several mechanics after this and they confirmed it needed to get fixed. Now my ac stopped working. I had the car for 4 months but I have barely driven it. I found a trustworthy VW mechanic who has confirmed I need to fix all my leaks as there is leak going down to the turbo. I need to fix all the boots as they are bent (the mechanics said these were replaced), alignment, axel, list goes on. He showed all these things to me. But they never gave me any documentation on what they had worked on, they always had an excuse. The total is gonna come down to 2300 dollars. Plus I paid another mechanic that ripped me off 400 dollars and another one to diagnose the AC 300 dollars who was also trying to rip me off. (The power window also needs replacing but I don't even wanna think about that right now) I spend 1000 dollars above my budget on this car because they said it was in great condition. Now I have spent 3000 dollars extra. It is in and out of repairs and I have driven it about once a week for 4 months, no long trips at all. I am done dealing with dealers and mechanics!! read more

They buy cars that are junk and need more work after you buy it. Their mechanical work is shady. They just want to sell you a car that has leaks or body damage. Danny won't help you fix it at all. Alot of the cars have stuff wrong with them after you drive it off the lot. They also don't offer you a warranty of any kind. If I was you just stay away. read more

NOT only to mention we had to call them not even after a month od buying it because they sold it to me with wore out breaks that were grinding METAL AND METAL.
