Just for her to say I do good on a medicine that I don't do good on. She slanders me. I can't trust her being in there. I think all doctors do this, and this one may be pretty good in comparison. He did say he was going to take all things into consideration. But now that I think of it he's probably even better since he declined me taking a medicine I didn't want to be on. They also don't prioritize looking at MyChart, and they don't prioritize the introduction appointments that are default on there. I Don't know if they are ever going to let me do an appointment for bone health. AND, the front desk staff, nurses, and billing workers on the phone though are not nice. Everyone nowadays is difficult, pushy, outright disrespectful, unhelpful, and rude. This place included. Edit (would've gave a lower rating): Also importantly, the nurses were telling me that they couldn't do my injection in my leg and instead have to do it on my butt. That is not true! That is more painful, and inappropriate. They aren't comforting and instead are very strange about saying to put it in your butt. Like they have no sense that women are and should be modest. Women and even men in the south are disrespectful, ghetto, and agitated for no reason. They get on edge about the slightest things. On the phone they want to rush you and cut you off and not give you all the necessary information and it's simply not alright that they are cutting you off customers have important concerns and things to say that they don't even want to hear the basic info. It's unreal. Also It probably says on the box you can do it in the leg. The fact that they don't know this even though every single time I've done it for multiple months I was able to do it there is BAD SERVICE. I could've got JUMPED by them. They don't know ANYTHING by the way. It's not hard to know where You're supposed to put an injection as a nurse. This is RIDICULOUS.

Gastro East has been my dr of care for many many years. As of late, I am having a hard time just…read moregetting someone to answer the phone. It rings and rings until it literally disconnects me. (I literally called for 52 minutes straight). When I finally reach the receptionist, she is not very friendly. She is combative actually. I am having a chronic issue and needed the nurse to return my call. The front desk person is blocking my message by saying what "she" thinks the dr will say. Is she a dr? No. Why is she giving telling me what the dr will & will not do over the phone? Dr. Larsen might want to look into this? This is so unprofessional! After finally getting her to "leave" the message for the nurse, a nurse did return my call that afternoon. She stated she would get with Dr. Larsen and call me back. We are 2 days past that and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called yet again today and the phone ring to eternity and the same person answers and treats me in the same way. I ask to have my records sent to another physician and she is so unfriendly. I just don't know what has happened over here - it use to be so inviting and helpful, yet this year it has changed. Hopefully the drs or office manager will do some front desk training to those answering the phone to help those patients calling in to get the help they need.

OMG there is a revolving door of patients in and out for quick 10 minute treatments? I drove my son for 1.5 hours for a government scheduled appointment and I am sitting here for 2 hours and fifteen minutes and he texts me, "I am still waiting and haven't seen a doctor yet. IDK what's going on?" Totally ridiculous behavior for a professional doctor office. I say AVOID this place if you have a choice, they're completely clueless of the patients time. The women behind the desk have no discretionary voice and the door is wide open the room is filled with patients and we're all here listening to private conversations ‍‍
