The next morning I was at the store and it had to be one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I arrived before they opened and while I was waiting I got an email stating my order was ready. I went in and went to the specific counter and they quickly processed some information I needed to fill out and I was done. I was in and out in 15 mins. The only reason it even took that long was I was looking at a few things. They have a great selection of sporting goods. Camping gear, clothing, firearms, even knives are plentiful. All the associates were very friendly and helpful. Store is super clean and well organized. Scheels blows sporting good stores like Bass Pro/Cabelas out of the water. Highly recommend this store.

The employees are helpful and attentive even though there are droves of people in there at all times. There is also grandstand right there so you can do additional shopping or grab a drink, coffee, or dinner.

After the 1st round of dancing, they had their first hula lesson. Yes, hard to believe that they had 2 hula lessons. After the lesson, the dancers took a 30 minute break while the band serenaded us. Unfortunately, the band quickly ran out of Island songs. There were 3 guys playing. The singer played the ukulele but the bass player and drummer only played sometimes. Lots of people went home during the serenade. Hawaiian Bros had the only food booth (there were supposed to be lots of others). The line wasn't too long, maybe 30 people, but it did not move. No idea why, since their grinds were pre-made and just needed to be scooped into really small bowls. We've eaten at their restaurants so we knew they usually serve bigger helpings. Tahiti style dancing was much better. Their costumes looked authentic. Yes, we've been to many luaus. We reached the time for lively drumbeating but they spent too much time giving their drum "backstories" and a long "drum solo" without dancers. Finally, there was more dancing from Tahiti that was very good. The dancers knew their moves. We left when the 2nd break for the dancers started and the band serenaded us again. This was supposed to last 30 minutes and then we would get to see the dance with the LED lighted poi balls. This is one of the very few times we've left a show early at Grandscape.

I visited your store at the Parks Mall in Arlington TX to get a pair of shoes. The salesman found a…read morepair, got it from the back, I tried it on and agreed to buy. He then proceeded to take the right shoe from the box and swap it with the right shoe on display at the front of the store. I thought it was odd, but I was pressed for time and bought the shoes and left. The right shoe he pulled from the display was defective missing the top hole on the inside of the shoe. Maybe he thought I would not notice or care. After finding the defect I returned the shoes to your Northpark location for a refund. I told them what happened and it's no surprise they had nothing to say. No apology for what happened. No apology for the inconvenience and waste of my time. What ever happened to ethical employees, what ever happened to caring employees. They are NOT at JD Sports. The company should do something.
