The service was so poorly done that I had to completely take my hair down and redo it myself the same day, which was stressful and time-consuming. The salon itself felt disorganized and messy, which didn't inspire confidence. There was only one person working at the time (the stylist) and no other customers present, which made it uncomfortable to raise concerns in the moment. The updo took over an hour and given how far off it was from my inspiration photos and with my event coming up quickly (it was on a Friday, and I had worked in the morning), I didn't want to sit there any longer. I also realized early on the result wouldn't turn out as expected when I asked for an updo and the stylist never used a curling iron (for the updo), despite the inspiration clearly showing defined curls. I would not recommend this salon.
