I highly recommend Peter Lu for an awesome haircut. I happened to be in the Chicago area for Independence Day weekend and decided to stop in Peter's salon. What I really liked about my haircut with Peter today is that he wasn't afraid to change up my hair. In fact, my new haircut is parted in the opposite direction of where I normally comb it. By making this change, it creates a new and fresh look that would have not imagined myself. He used a premium Hanz de Fuko clay molding product on my hair to realize his vision. After posting my picture of my new haircut on social media, I've received many compliments. Thanks Peter! As a side note, Peter had some Truly hard seltzer stashed in his mini refrigerator. I definitely took advantage of this alcoholic beverage which made my day even better. I understand that there is a pandemic going on right now, and we are all trying to be safe. I'm not exxagerating on that. He is extremely meticulous and truly cares about the cut and making sure you are happy. I have coarse, (used to be super thick) hair that is not easy for people to know what to do. He handles it beautifully and knows best options for you.
