I came back here 12 years later to get ceramic tint on my other windows. Scheduling via Yelp was very easy. I was able to get an appointment within a week. When I got there, I received the same high level of service I got more than a decade ago. Some new faces this time. I had asked to see how 70% looked and a sample strip was applied just so I could see how dark it was. I appreciated this extra help. There was clear communication each step of the process, so I never felt lost. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Fast forward a month later, I still see some spots that seemed blurry. I made contact again via Yelp and explained my concern. I was told that a month is more than enough time for it to cure. So we setup an appointment so that they could inspect it and re-do the tint if necessary. Unfortunately, it did seem like it needed to be redone. I'm glad that they had foresight to allow enough time to redo. It's now almost a month later and everything is still great! read more

Cut to over 20 years later to have him tint our brand new Lexus GX550. I wanted the windows as dark as I can get them for UV protection (leather interior) as well as privacy and I couldn't be happier. We're also having a PPF protective coating applied on the front hood to prevent damage from rocks and other debris when driving on the highway. Lexus priced us $4000. Juan priced us for $2000. I was referred by a friend who has had her car tinted here. Getting in touch with them was easy. Made the phone call and got a quote and an appointment within minutes. I will say they were not the cheapest but I decided to go with them based on my friends review. I was looking to match my front windows to the rest of the car, which has factory tint. I got to the shop which is located in the back of a residence. I wasn't exactly sure where to go so I knocked out the front door, and then was told to go to the side gate. The owner came out moments later. I showed him my car and told him what I wanted. He game me some suggestions on what would look good and told me that it would be done in about an hour. I ended up also having the front to windshield tinted after seeing a vehicle outside with it. To my surprise, he called me a short while after, and my vehicle was done. These guys are really fast. I picked up my car and it looked great but I did notice the front windows don't exactly match the back, although it's not exactly what I wanted, it still looks good. All in all, great customer service and their work is clean and fast, but like I mentioned, they were not the cheapest. My friend recommended Juan after getting his and his moms car tinted here. My previous tint faded and needed to be re-tinted. Juan made time for us on a Saturday because I worked all week and unable to drop off my car. Previous tint was removed and new one was applied within a few hours.
