This shop appears to be a small, friendly, and family-run. I had an appointment scheduled with Alonso for 2:00 PM. At 1:47 PM, he texted me saying he was stepping out for lunch and asked me to leave my vehicle. I responded that there was no rush and said I'd wait out front, assuming it would be a quick grab-and-go. Unfortunately, 30 minutes went by with no update, and I waited another 10 minutes before deciding to cancel. At 2:42 PM, I texted him letting him know I was leaving because I didn't expect lunch to take that long--and he never responded. No apology, no explanation, just left me in the dark. It was really frustrating, especially after driving out there and setting time aside. A simple message to reschedule or even a heads-up about a delay would've made all the difference. Communication matters, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. read more

Carlos is the worst tinter ever. He tinted my windshield and provided the worst service ever. He claims he's busy after he collected my money. Once he collected, he no longer back up his workmanship or quality of service. I don't think I seen worst than this in any business choice. This has to be the worst I seen so far. Very disappointed every time you contact him, he's showing off his new renovation when you just want to request a receipt for warranty. Beware his advertisement on Marketplace as well. They tinted my windshield and 2 front windows with ceramic tint for $150 and they told me it was going to take around 2 hours. Great work by the guys at Tint My Ride on our RAV4. They were very patient with us on selecting out tint. They put actual temporary tint pieces on the window so we could see what it would really look like. We did 70% windshield, 50% front windows, and I think it was 35% in the back. We wanted privacy in the back and glare reduction in the front for long drives. Got exactly that. Had some concerns about visibility at night but it's fine. Also price was $300 less than other places. Right after the tinting you see water streaks under the fill but they said it goes away in 2 weeks which it did. The only bubble is a super tiny one like a quarter cm by a half cm high up on the windshield. You don't even notice it unless you're looking for it. Much thanks guys! read more

First i would like to say i called 20 minutes in advance to ask if I can come in and they said no problem they were open and ready to go. So I came here to see if i can book A appointment or get my Windows tinted there same day...i was here for 20-25 minutes just trying to find a single soul here. It was horrible just trying to find anyone just to talk too. when you walk in, its just a bunch of people hiding in the back room they just ignore you when you try to talk to them. and theres like a barber shop inside also which was kinda cool they were the only ones who were willing to talk to me but theres was a language barrier so I couldn't get much info from them. but theres absolutely no tint workers in the actual shop, i went inside the open garage too see if i can get the slightest of info and I would like to say this now if you speak english do not come here because absolutely no-one speaks English here, which is not a problem i would have loved to have used google translate but when you try to talk to anyone here they just ignore you Like straight up ignore you like your just a ghost trying to talk to someone I said hi/hola like 5 times they look you dead in the eyes and just look away and pretend like your not even there it was a crazy experience would not recommend here at all. I went to these guys for my tint job on my car that is less than a year old. Let me first say, the tint job is great. It took four hours, though I was quoted two. I didn't mind as long as it was done correctly. I was a little concerned with little air bubbles, but they disappeared after a few days. However, I noticed that my rear wiper was crooked, like it was drooping and re-installed incorrectly. They mentioned that they had to remove it to do the rear window. It didn't bother me until I tried using my rear wiper a few days ago. It appears that they broke it and tried to re-glue it back on. When I turned on the wiper snapped at the base. This is totally unacceptable. I wish they had come forward when they broke it during installation, but they chose to be shady, and tried to glue it back on and not tell me. I would've just asked for a discount in Lou of getting the rear wiper fixed. Now I know why it took four hours instead of two. They needed the time for the glue to set, LOL.Not cool and cannot recommend. read more

My brother knows Carloz from doing tints for cars at his auto body shop so he recommended Carloz when I told him I needed my new Honda Pilot done. Every step of the process was super easy. He was very accommodating to my schedule, set a time and place, he showed up and got the job done. I was expecting a 3-4 hour process due to my big car, but he was able to finish in 2-21/2. He is very nice, fast, and he did a great job. Prices were extremely reasonable compared to other places and I was able to stay in my room with my newborn while he was taking care of my car.
