Giving one star because they did an oil change and fixed my trunk properly (I think). I have a 2019 Volvo XC40. Went to RS for regular maintenance and lights that were going off on the dash such as brake light maintenance needed and auto start/stop maintenance. Fixed the lights, did the maintenance and trunk lift. 10 minutes into driving home my check engine light went on- this wasn't an issue until they touched my vehicle. 4 visits later and and an additional $1500 and to this day (weeks later) check engine light is on. Their response is that "Volvos are very complicated." You work on imports! Simply should have told me to just go to the dealership. Ferrari's and Range Rovers all around the yard yet can't figure out how to fix an issue you caused? Wasn't going to post but today I got into my car and went to use the purse hook- they broke that too and kindly placed it in the glovebox. Oh, asked why my tire rotation wasn't done as it wasn't on the Carfax or RO and claims "no charge." Wouldn't it still be on the RO and documented on Carfax? I've worked in a dealership I'm not a dummy. After spending over $3200 I now have to spend more and go to the dealership for an issue that was never an issue until I brought my vehicle to them. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! Prices 100x higher than the stealership! Brought my Merceds here at the recommendation of a friend and they had the car for 3 weeks "trying to diagnose it" and charged me $3,000 for what TWO dealerships are now telling me should have been max a $1500 job!!!! I am utterly embarrassed that I thought this shop and mechanic was certified in German imports or had at least worked at German import dealer in the last 10 years, nope guy has had his own garage since 1994 so for 30 years he has not had exposure to new tech in cars from the manufacturer training programs. And quite frankly Im not sure he was ever professionally trained on German imports. Just because one has a "diagnostic computer" does not mean they know what they are doing. Save yourself your hard earned money and do not take any German Import here!!! read more

Brought my 72 Mercedes in because the engine exhaust was very smoky. They had the car for 7 months. The engine doesn't smoke but now it runs rough at lower speeds. They also charged me quite a bit more than I was told it would be. read more

They are life savers... and trustworthy and will save you a tonnnnn of money... I have a Range Rover that was revving in idol. Took it to two different Range Rover dealers both said different issues and wanted over 4000 to do their repairs... they made no guarantees it would fix the issue and both contradicted each other... i had a friend say to visit RS imports. Turns out both Range Rover dealers were lying and ripping me off and RS imports fixed the issue (totally different than what the other dealers said) for a fraction of the cost. These guys are the only honest mechanics I've seen in Florida... and they know what they are doing. Had I not found them and used Range Rover I'd be out over 8k by now and not have my car fixed. I met Ryan accidentally. The Seller of a car I was interested in purchasing brought the car to Ryan after I thought the car had issues with its clutch, so I asked Ryan to perform a pre purchase inspection on the car. The first time we spoke after I explained to Ryan that I was the purchaser he said 'well then I should be speaking to you and not the seller about the car if you are buying it.' From that point on I knew I liked and could trust Ryan. He quickly evaluated the car and gave me his honest opinion on the car's condition. I asked a lot of Ryan since the car was in Jupiter and I am located out of state.
