For full transparency, however, it is worth noting that this communication came less than 24 hours after I had posted my initial review. The repair technician arrived at my home the same day, and spent approximately 90 minutes going back over the previous repair work and going much more in-depth in this second go-round. After completing the work, he explained what he did, what he found, and then ran a cycle through my dishwasher. The next day, I ran another cycle, and the leaking issue had been fixed. As I am someone who does believe in giving people and businesses second chances and opportunities, and because I have seen them perform excellent and professional work before (see my original review), I am likely to give them my business at least once more to see that this experience is an outlier and not their typical course of business.

John from Top Notch came to our house, observed the washer failing to complete a cycle multiple times with the same error code and listened to our concerns. After leaving to research the problem he left a voice mail later that day saying that he had consulted a colleague and suggested that we were just loading it incorrectly, he then described in detail how to properly load a washing machine. For context, we had been using this washer for three years without issue before it suddenly started failing mid-cycle, we are also both in our mid/late thirties so we have some experience doing our own laundry. We decided to go back to Sterling Appliance who believed us when we said there was a problem and they replaced the board with the sensor. Unsurprisingly actually performing the repair was more effective than gaslighting us about it and the washer is back to normal

Zero stars! Horrible service! My brand new Samsung dishwasher (model DW80CG4021SR) does not drain…read moreat the end of each cycle. It drains during the cycle but not at the end. Samsung sent these people out who look at it, starts a cycle, stops it immediately and leaves within 4 minutes saying it works with no issue. When I asked to run a full cycle I was told they don't do that and there was nothing they could do. As soon as the tech left, I started a cycle and sure enough the dishwasher had about 2 inches of standing water at the end of the cycle. I took video of the issue and sent it to the tech. I was ghosted for several days until someone else responded days later saying they'll be out the next day to replace the compressor during a 6 hour window. I took off work a second day. The tech came and ran another quick 2 minute test and started the same song and dance and even blamed me for leaving the door closed and letting condensation collect. The compressor wasn't replaced as they said earlier. After me showing him the video again and him asking AI what to do he said they'll have to replace a water valve. Of course they didn't come prepared and didn't have the part with them. He said they'll have to come back and I will need to disconnect the dishwasher before they can work on it next visit. When I received a call back a couple days later, I told them I cannot miss a third day of work for this issue and asked for a day I was off in 3 weeks. I was told they can't schedule out that far and I'll have to call and reschedule. It was their way or the highway. Avoid Samsung at all costs. This company provides their warranty "service". They are worthless.
