When Woodland Appliances arrived, they spent less than 15 minutes diagnosing and insisted the problem was the inlet valve. They quoted me $400 to replace a $150 part and refused to consider any other cause despite my concerns. I ended up replacing the inlet valve myself, and the error persisted. Eventually, I replaced the pump and cleaned out the pump filter--something the technician should have done initially. The filter was full of debris and clearly a major factor. I also replaced the pressure sensor, and only then did the machine work correctly. In short, Woodland Appliances misdiagnosed the issue, tried to upsell me on the most expensive fix first, and neglected basic maintenance steps like cleaning the pump filter. For anyone with a Maytag washer getting an FO3/E01 error, you'll likely need to clean the pump filter and consider the pump or pressure sensor--not just the inlet valve. Also, remember to run the diagnostic steps to clear codes properly. Overall, I was disappointed with their service and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
