He was quick to respond to my inquiry and schedule my gutter cleaning and (metal) screen installation (our home is under lovely, huge, old Sycamore trees and the gutters were super full. He was responsive and quick in set up time etc but did poor job on power washing driveway and patio. When he came for estimate promised a lot of things, but looks like he was in hurry or had another job in second shift, I would say he cleaned the dirt that was on top which I could have done my self as I have 1700 psi pressure washer. He did not clean dirt stick in concrete and I guess when you hire a professional you are looking for that kind of service. After cleaning I could see several spots where he did poor job, he was not happy when I was pointing about missing spots. He has to understand if someone planing to do pairing after wash , concrete should be clean I mean real clean that's the reason you hire professional. Talked with the owner and after writing my previous review and fortunately, they guys that were scheduled to clean our windows, got into an accident. He was sincerely apologetic and offered to still clean my windows at 1/2 price. I ignore his calls and texts at first, but decided to just go with him. No regrets. Glad I gave them another chance. They dame on time and cleaned our windows, tracks and screens well. At the end, the guy even informed me the conditions of my windows, especially one window that he really tried to clean, but the streak wouldn't come off. He didn't want to try and deep scrub the window or he would've scratched the window. So that was good. I would go with them again in the future. Glad his workers Were ok from the accident. Feedback for owner: Scheduled appointment for 9am on Saturday, 6/15. Appointment made weeks in advanced. You text me the day before to move appointment to 8am. I texted back that it wouldn't work because I have young kids that are still sleeping. I asked if we could just reschedule to another Saturday. You text that your next available is in September. Man! You must be really busy to be booked out that far. Or you're going on summer vacation. Which is fair enough. Work life balance is important. However, you text back if 10am works. I confirmed that that would work. Then on the day of, you text me at 1030am to tell me that you will be two hours late and apologized. I accept the apology, but in a business, you can't inform the customer 30min after the appointment time, that you will be late for 2hours. That just doesn't satisfy any customer that has blocked out a part of their Saturday to pay for a service. Just doesn't work that way. I cancelled and will look for a more reliable person. I first used Ricardo for a house I was selling, and he did a great job. Fast forward, I realized my own house's windows were embarrasingly dirty! So I found his card and called for an estimate. his response time was extremely prompt and the work was scheduled within a day or so. I opted for his total cleaning package, and wow... I wish I'd called him years ago! The window panes are so crystal clean it seems as if they are open. The interior and exterior sills are completely clean of dust and accumulated grim. To top it off, after realizing he does gutter cleaning, he squeezed in the time to do a cleaning, and when I saw the pictures of what was in them, I was grateful to have this done before winter.
