The lesson I learned is always find out the cost of a service before it's performed, even if you think insurance will pay for everything. In my case I did not have enough insurance coverage.

The rep came out, I showed him the areas I needed removed, and we had a good conversation. He gave solid advice and said he'd send over a quote. Three days later, I texted to follow up--to check whether the quote had been sent or had gone to the wrong email. I never received a response. It's now been 3-4 months without any communication. Honestly, he could have reached back out to me and told me the job was too small, or that they weren't willing to take it on. Any form of return communication is always better than no communication. At this point, I'll have to take my (admittedly small) job elsewhere. I'm genuinely disappointed because I was looking forward to working with them again, but the lack of follow-up left me stuck.
