I was attempting to call the insurance company of the person that rear ended me and ended up on the phone with them. Initially, i felt like they were on it and had my best interest at heart. I was wrong. They give you a number to text if you have questions, it's takes forever, if ever for someone to respond. My accident was 9 months ago and i hired them almost immediately after the accident. I still have not gotten paid. They had me racking up medical bills all over town. I called them halfway into this and told them i wasn't comfortable seeing all these providers because the insurance of the person who hit me was so low. They told me not to worry about it because and i quote "they will negotiate the services down to almost nothing". Now here we are a month after the insurance company cut the check and they are telling me about all these providers and liens i have and how the money is dwindling. My case manager Renita has been non existent. I have gone through like 4 property managers in the time that i have been working with them. When i noticed how bad their turnover rate was i knew it was sketchy. It took like 6 months to get the money for my car because they kept losing people. Now, im working with someone in the lien office, her name is Sabrina and of course they save her till the end because she's the worst of them all. She is the final boss of BULLSH*T. She doesn't answer the phone, she's unprofessional, snarky, slow and her customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favor and go to a locally owned, small, independent firm/lawyer. These people have prescription medications showing up to my home that i don't know what they are or what they are for but i have to pay for them. Waste of my time and money. I think I'm going to have to call that firm that's funded by uber that are suing all these scam, large law firms. I could have gone to the hospital on my insurance, got my own records and not had to pay any medical back. Please be aware and learn from my mistake. read more

They are the worst! Was in a car accident 2 years ago. Car was totaled..I tried calling Triple AAA and the call was intercepted by RA associates. Was tricked into signing documents thru text..They hardly communicate with you..They sent me to doctors, they recommended surgery, but stopped all medical appointments because they knew they wouldn't get paid as much.The attorneys pocketed 11,000, while I only received 3995. They don't care about you.Im the one that got injured and took a loss, but yet they're the ones that profited off me. Total scam. Please do not give them any business. Clients do not get talked to in weeks once a case is taken on and in a certain category . If the case manager is a "supervisor" good luck ever getting a hold of them and know that you will always get the run around and the risk of a provider calling you for a bill is high! The staff and attorneys here are great & so professional. I was recently in an accident and a friend recommended this firm, and I'm so glad I found them. They helped me from A-Z! My car, getting it fixed, they got me a rental. Helped me find a shop to fix my car. Arranged all of it for me and I'm so glad cuz I don't know anything about getting cars fixed and where I have to take it. Maggie was wonderful. She helped me with all of my pain and injuries. UPDATE: I also want to point out that these people are money hungry and liars! We just got a word from the chiropractor that they told him my mother was the cause of the accident and it was her fault when in truth we were on the main road when another car coming from a neighborhood had hit us without looking! If this was the case why not tell my mother the truth if it was her fault!? In their email to her they didn't disclose any information or details as to why they dropped us and they just wouldn't move forward with our case, but you want to tell the chiropractor that it was my mother that was the cause? I retained their services last year, they sent me to so many dr.'s with the hope of demanding excessive fees from the opposing insurance company. Without doing proper due diligence on the case they continued to send me to dr.'s and rack up bills upwards of 40k. They then terminated my represenation and sent me ALL the bills. During my car accident, I googled my car insurance phone number but came up with their number. They took advantage of my mental state by getting me to sign a contract that I was in no mental state to sign. At first, I was promised they would set me up with chiropractors and pain management but every company they referred me to somehow could never get ahold of me when my line was always available. I am uncertain as to where I should begin. From beginning to end this law firm has been nothing but a nuisance. From my knowledge the law firm you choose to work for you should actually work for you not against you. I waited 3 years for a settlement I had doctor visits MRIs and so much other important things going on and this office said they would fight for me I had proof of all of my medical conditions. I have not been the same since I have been in my accident 3 years ago. I was hit from behind while at a stop sign I was transported by ambulance and I have been suffering ever since and now today the assistant calls ne and tells me my settlement award is $700 when I signed paperwork stating it would be an unfair amount of $25,000 because ethe attorney just wanted to wrap up my case and get it off of his desk. My life hasn't been the same since my accident I can't work full time I live in pain daily I have so much loss wages and I'm in debt since my life has drastically changed since the accident.
