Guardian made me take down my last review in order to get documents on my mom so I could carry out his arrangements as NOK, 8 days later my mom died from Hypoxia lack of oxygen to her brain. I don't see any legal notices neither did the persons working for Amesbury paper or Boston Online. I do not believe the guardian ever reported any of this to the courts and wouldn't give me the medical certificate necessary to petition the court. I called Dr Emamis office to try to resolve this issue, but was given nothing but an attitude from their receptionist. Multiple phone calls with no answers in sight, I decided to make an appointment with Dr Emami again to resolve this in person. I then again had to visit Dr Emami and went through the same process, he promised It was a mishap and wouldn't happen again. I made yet another appointment with the specialist for 7 weeks out. On the week of my appointment I called Dr Emamis office to assure my referral was sent in. The office had still not sent anything in. I was again treated with disrespect by his staff. His staff disregarded my medical concerns as if they were nothing at all. I was told It wasn't life threatening and that i would have to wait. I decided to go into the office the day before my appointment to speak in person with Dr Emami. The receptionist Shayanna was extremely rude and yelling at me. She blatantly disrespected me and undermined my medical concerns. I honestly do not know how this office can operate with such rude, ignorant and incompetent staffing. I told them to cancel and I would reschedule based on my availability. I then 24 hours later receive an email with confirmation with the original time, instead of the cancellation. By that time, I had made alternative plans but because this was 24 hours before the actual appointment a $75 charge was required to cancel. When I arrived, the technician was forceful and slimey with her business dealings. When I told her this was maintenance for previous treatment performed prior to moving to Boston, she proceeded to insult an entire city of people as though they were low class. They verbally quoted one price and wrote a different price in contract. When I corrected them, it was given a rebuttal and then ultimately changed again when I declined the service. This lets me know they make up pricing on the fly and based on who is in front of them. One service I wanted to save for another day, but she insisted on performing the day of consultation (to get the money) even though I did not have time. She then made up another day for me to come back and told the scheduler to schedule me at that time, even though I did not request that time. I think they have unethical practices and I will not be returning. I will fly back to my original dermatologist and aesthetician for better service.

I just had massive swelling on my neck - an obvious active and progressing infection...and the infection made my body feel like I had a bad flu, and also had pain across whole gumline on lower teeth. Milton Hospital is my go-to for ER. Drove myself in, parking right by door. Brought right in, only person in waiting room, triaged right away, tested for covid, put in a bed, given meds right away to quell the pain and made very comfortable. I was afraid and worried, but my nurse was so kind sweet and attentive that I was able to relax, put my headphones on and watched tv on my phone while CT scan with contrast was arranged. I was told I was going to be admitted, but eventually found out that prior jaw surgery complete with bone graft made it necessary to transfer me via ambulance to Beth Israel Boston where Maxillofacial Surgeons from B.U. would treat me. Logistically I was slightly irked that I hadnt been told I was going into boston as I had only prepared to be away from home for 2 days, 3 max, but no stars off for that because it was the right thing to do, just could have been told sooner is all. Tx to ambulance team was exemplary. I had to leave my car 4+ days (through 2 snowstorms) and there was no problem with that. Besides the obvious progressing infection, my main stress was to get pain control, and secondary stress was going into an ER in "covid" pandemic... Milton Hospital ER gets an A++ on all of that. My treatment was of the highest standards, and the covid precautions made the visit a 0 stress from that perspective from the moment i entered the emergency room. What a gem to have this level of care in my community!!

I also find the front staff to be welcoming and helpful. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and usually it isn't even close to that long.

So I had to come back the next day. I came Back the next day after rearranging everything and of course the prescription hadn't been sent through. So it took an extra 40 mins while. I went to go get my depo from the cvs up the road. 4.) two days I called and asked to schedule an appointment for my depo shot. I asked if I should call before hand to make sure the prescription would be sent through. The lady on my phone assured me that everything was ok and it would be sent through. I said perfect, can you please be able to also schedule me for a physical? She said of course she would and seemed so nice. Then I arrive and my physical wasn't scheduled, was told I should have used the site and written them a message rather than called. I figured speaking to an actual person would be the best bet but CLEARLY I was wrong. I also found out that my prescription was not sent through. So now I am waiting for my prescription and have to wait about 3 hours for a physical which I was told I was lucky to have found this slot. No, I would be lucky if just ONE appointment would go right. I'm beyond irritated. Again doctor Melville is the only saving grace. Him alone I give 5 stars and same with the nice lady who draws blood, but everything else about this place is horrible and I'm now dreading every appoint I have to make!
