By far, the best Medical Aesthetics establishment in Metro West. I have been going to the same doctor for 20 years. She was located in Boston and she was getting ready to retire. I was so nervous to try a new place. Dr. Frieling was 5 minutes away from my house. I figured it was too good to true. I was wrong. I was over the moon with her treatments. And, like my previous doctor, she's not a saleswoman. She NEVER tries to up sell you on procedures you don't need. They are 100% price transparent. I LOVE her signature Soyier Skin Care line (especially the Retninol and Vitamin C Serum.) However, you never feel pressured to make a purchase. Even though I highly recommend you do. Nurse Krista is my primary care giver. She does and INCREDIBLE job. You work is fantastic and she's a joy to talk to. I've had many procedures done with them, with more on the books. I went to Gretchen for a chemical peel and dermaplanning to help with some breakouts that I have been experiencing and she was AMAZING! From the moment I walked into her clean and bright office, I was instantly relaxed, I literally almost fell asleep in her chair during the treatment. I went Today for cheek filler with Nurse Krista. It was my first time getting filler. Krista was so professional and kind! She was so down to earth and easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable the entire time I was in the chair.
