Strawberry matcha latte and big island latte
    Sam M.

Checked out for the first time since I've always known about it or seen it! Was impressed by this place! We had their Strawberry matcha latte and big island latte! Both were solid! Would love to try out more of their drinks!

Such a great little coffee spot. Coffee is smooth, delicious and lots of options. The pastries were all fantastic. Service was also great. Can't wait to try more!

This coffee shop never disappoints. I've yet to try anything aside from the big island latte, but it's just so unbelievably good, I don't think I want to lol. Customer service is always on point, the staff are all very friendly and pleasant. They now have a small covered outdoor area with seating and tables, which really helps since the inside is a bit smaller. I don't come here often, but always look forward to my dogs annual shots since they are right next door :)

Let me start with I live in Venice, so sadly this coffee spot can't be a regular for me. I stopped here with my husband and we are so glad we did! I grew up in Hawaii, so of course I had to try the iced Big Island latte and it did not disappoint. The macadamia coconut was delicious and I give it a 10/10. My husband got the Spanish latte which he tries everywhere and he said this one is a 9/10, which is huge for him. The owner and staff were just as sweet. If you are near La Habra you definitely need to try Rabbit and Bean. You won't be disappointed!

Go see Julie!! She is amazing!! friendly, professional and her barista skills are spot on!!! This a cute little spot with delicious coffee!!! Matcha is delicious. I will be back

Fantastic coffee..I had the big island latter and the chacahino (sp) lattee...both very good

Coming back if I am around. It was that good and the speciality coffee was legit. Easy to find but difficult to choose which latte I wanted to try. The both that I tried makes me want to try the others.

    Big island- pretty good

Don't be depresso! Nice local spot. Kyoto cold brew was a good pick-me-up. Big Island was pretty good especially if looking for something with more sweetness than a big caffeine kick. They have a coffee that has 20grams of protein :O Pretty small parking lot. We visited on a Saturday afternoon, and unfortunately, their pastries were completely wiped out.

    Coffee time!

Why haven't I stopped in sooner? I have driven past this place a bunch for work, and finally decided I need to stop in and try something. The parking lot is really small, but I was able to find a spot easily enough. It is next to a strip of other businesses. When I walked inside, I was immediately greeted by the nicest lady behind the counter! I let her know it was my first time, and I asked 1) if they have decaf (they do!) and 2) what the Big Island Latte is. Coconut and macadamia...and she promised I would like it! So I ordered a decaf iced big island latte. She was right! The drink was great, refreshing and sort of a tropical flavor. I really appreciate when coffee shops offer decaf espresso. Not all do, but it really is nice for people like myself who just cannot handle full caffeinated coffee but still want to enjoy coffee drinks. The store itself is small and cozy. Lots of rustic natural wood and a chill vibe where you can enjoy your drink peacefully. There were a few tables to sit at but almost all were taken. It seems to be a popular spot! I am grateful Rabbit & Bean is not only close to work but also not far from home! I will definitely be back.

Stopped by Rabbit and Bean on Imperial Highway and immediately got the sense that this is a well established neighborhood coffee spot. It was busy, but not chaotic. The crowd felt like mostly local regulars who know their coffee, which is always a good sign. This is not a trendy or flashy café, but a clean, thoughtfully run independent shop that focuses on doing things right. The space is aesthetic and well maintained. Pastries looked great, though I was not hungry this time. I went with the espresso tonic, even though they also had a yuzu matcha tonic that I have been gravitating toward lately. I needed a quick caffeine bump, and the espresso tonic delivered. Bright, refreshing, and well balanced. My drink came out in under five minutes. We sat for a bit and watched the baristas work, and it was clear they know exactly what they are doing. Efficient movements, no wasted actions, and a calm, confident workflow behind the bar. This has officially made it onto my list of solid coffee spots. A reliable place for good coffee, quick service, and a neighborhood vibe that feels genuine rather than forced. Definitely coming back.

Food/Drink 4/5: Ordered the big island matcha with less ice and a bagel with fig cream cheese. As you can see in the picture, my drink was not filled to capacity (I guess because I requested lite ice? But that wasn't shared with me when placing the order) and still had a lot of ice despite my request. The drink itself was very good though, not too sweet with the matcha flavor really enhanced by the flavors used. Their cream cheese appears to be made in house with large chunks of fig mixed in, and the flavors go surprisingly well together! Service 5/5: The barista who served us was really nice and helpful in making our selections, and our items were prepared very promptly! They also have a nice outdoor patio area with a decent amount of seating. Price $$: This cafe is definitely serving in the higher range of pricing, especially given the drink sizes. I thought my drink volume was a fluke until my friend ordered a hot latte and got the smallest cup I've ever seen from a local coffee shop. We also couldn't find pricing for their food/pastry items when ordering

Couple of coffee and bakery friends decide to catch up at a new cafe at La Habra. We both ordered big island latte large. It's really good and tasty. Service is good. Vibe is clean, warm, and American cafe shop. It's located at a small plaza, but it has a good outdoor patio seating area. There are enough tables inside - it feels very much like a local cafe with good selection of coffee. It's a good place to catch up, small business meeting, and just to enjoy coffee outside of home.

Had to stop for a little pick me up after my son's haircut and found this spot nearby for the drive home. First off, I love the name! The shop was clean, had plenty of space to relax or get some work done, and the drinks were delicious. We ordered the banana cream cold brew and the honey lavender latte, both were so good! Customer service was okay, but the drinks definitely made up for it. Glad we found this place!

But fear not, you can go into the structure, park in one of the "employee only" spots, and just tell them which spot and you're golden (wish I knew that before I came and parked across the street). Also, another reason why this place is great is that it's not full at all. Might be because of the parking situation, but the place is near empty which makes it have a nice luxury vibe. Their Vanilla Thesis drink at 50% sweet is soooo good. It's a great blend of coffee and tastes great. You can totally taste the vanilla. Their ham and cheese croissant is also great.

However, today's visit felt different. We ordered our usual strawberry coffee drinks but they weren't pink. When I asked the barista about it she said the syrup has changed. The drinks barely tasted like strawberry and we were disappointed. I immediately regretted upgrading my size to 20oz too. SO I looked up other recent yelp reviews, and I saw that someone posted a picture of their drink 17 hours ago and it was still pink. That makes me question what happened to our drinks.

When I walked in, there was no greeting at all. I only had a simple order, but two employees spent a lot of time chatting while making drinks, and it took much longer than expected. As usual, I ordered two Iced Vanilla Lattes and a strawberry milk for my child. The strawberry milk was served in a paper cup. When I tasted it, it wasn't cold, so I politely asked if it could be transferred to a clear to-go cup with ice. The staff said they couldn't provide a clear cup with ice because of store policy. Honestly, I was surprised by the response. It was such a simple request, and I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. A little flexibility and customer service would have gone a long way. I visit coffee shops almost every day, and if you look at my reviews, you'll see that I'm usually very generous and understanding when it comes to coffee shops. However, today's experience was by far one of the most disappointing I've had. I've enjoyed this place for a long time, which makes this visit even more unfortunate.
