First time ever being here on May 11th been going for now two weeks. The location is out of the ordinary. The parking is very accessible. Staff provide excellent service. The ambiance being inside is wonderful so spaceish does not feel closed in. You can come for a meeting , date , study or even catch up on assignments. Everyone there is super friendly. Now the coffee AMAZING !!!!! I get the cookie butter latte iced. Hands down the best cookie butter I've had. What has made me write this review is if you place an order online they won't put the ice until after you arrive at the pick up counter. I love this due to the coffee not ending up being diluted. I've never enter a coffee shop that does this and by far enjoy that. It shows they take pride in their coffee beans. I also get the banana nut bread. By far the best bread I've ever had. The coffee shop is located within a church area and parking was very accessible (in a parking garage!). And it's close to Brea Mall! The inside of the cafe was very spacious and it looks like a great place to study in! My sister ordered the monkey mocha latte, which has a really nice banana flavor to it. I got the cookie butter latte and it has a distinct biscoff flavor to it, which I loved. Both drinks didn't have much of the coffee flavor, but they were both delicious and quite sweet. They have a lot of other drink options too and they seem to have a seasonal menu that changes occasionally (sadly missed the s'mores latte). Service was good too. read more

Immediately loved the space right when I walked in! It's so open and spacious and the noise level isn't too high which makes for a great wfh spot. I tried their strawberry latte which a nice balance of sweetness, I could still taste the espresso. Overall, I really enjoyed the concept. I've visited the location in Costa Mesa, and I was excited to try this location since it's a bit closer. Parking: There's a free parking lot and parking garage with plenty of spots. They have designated parking spots for their customers. Ambiance/Environment: I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and it was busy since there was a farmer's market in the shared lot. They're located in the same building as a worship center. They have a large concrete space with plenty of indoor seating. I love that there is minimalist decor. Great spot to get some work done or have a study session. They also have some outdoor seating. Service: The cashier that assisted me was nice and knowledgeable about the drinks. She gave me good recommendations. Throughput was also quick & efficient after ordering. Drinks: I decided to try the Cookie Butter Latte. You can tell they use the Biscoff brand. The cookie butter flavor came through, but it was overly sweet. Overall, I enjoyed this. Will have to come back to try their other lattes. I also prefer for them to list a base price on their menu. I've been here a few times now, and I enjoy the plaza and space. There's always lots of parking and lots of indoor seating. The venue is spacious and provides good lighting. The staff is always very friendly and helpful when answering my questions. However, I think their coffee is just very average. The cold brew can be a little acidic or sour, and not my personal taste. I think it's weaker than some other spots, but I also just like my coffee really strong. Same with their Americano. It's not as smooth tasting, but does provide a great amount of caffeine in a small cup. read more

I am personally over the moon that lion and lamb coffee roasters has made it its way on my side of town. Previously, I would have to make the truck all the way down to Costa Mesa area just to get one of their famous coffee creations. Lion and lamb is located next to Fullerton community Church with a big open floor plan and plenty of seating they can host a long line of people waiting to get their coffee. The space is absolutely beautiful and every time I've been people have been working , chatting, just grabbing go or enjoying a pastry. I'm glad to see that this location is thriving and doing well. My personal go to those are their Americanos's with a specialty cold foam or any any of their specialty lattes, like the cookie butter latte or blueberry Matcha. What a majestic looking coffee shop! It's not only spacious, it's very well lit, thanks to the large windows in the front. Space is not only wide, it has a high ceiling, which gives it an additional boost to its space. It's located within the Fullerton Free Church complex, which itself looks quite nice. Parking lots are shared with the church but it has designated spots in the front and in the parking structure. I've been to its original location in Costa Mesa few years ago and have been a fan of its signature Salted Toffee Latte, so I decided to try few other drinks at this location. Bananas Foster Latte (hot) was excellent. I actually like this one even more than its Salted Toffee Latte. I had bad experience with banana flavored coffee drinks at some other coffee shops. There was enough banana flavor without overpowering coffee taste. I also liked its Apple Chai-Der Latte and Peppermint Mocha (with white chocolate) which were perfect for the season. This place also has some nice looking merchandise, like t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and hat. Service was friendly and pleasant. #174 in my Coffeeshop Chronicles. I cannot begin to tell you all how utterly thrilled I was to learn that Lion and Lamb Coffee opened a second store in Fullerton. I used to go to their OG location in Costa Mesa after falling in love with their signature drinks, but ultimately it was just too far of a trek to make as often as I would have liked. Luckily, they decided to open this new location closer to home (my parent's home anyway, where I spend time often enough). Anyways, the first thing I want to note is how incredibly spacious this new location is. It's quite possibly the largest coffeeshop I've been to in a very long time, with plenty of seating and natural lighting. As for the drinks, they were as good as I remembered, especially my favorite Salted Toffee latte. I also tried the Matchurro, a matcha latte with white chocolate, brown sugar, and cinnamon. The drink was completely decadent in the best way possible, but only get this one if you're up for a sweet treat. Last but not least is the seasonal Pumpkin Chai, which was the perfect cozy fall drink. I've never thought to add pumpkin to chai, but it was surprisingly an incredible combination. And of course I can't end this review before mentioning that Lion and Lamb is a dog- friendly coffeeshop! What a cute little coffee place to get a hot or chilled coffee drink. The coffee shop is owned by independent Christian owners, so the cafe is not operated by the church that's connected to this shop. But walking in, it's a really beautiful and modern location, and plenty of space and tables and chairs around this cafe. I did look at their menu before coming in and noticed they didn't have prices for their drinks, My guess was this shop was going to be something at the $6-$7 for a drink. And my guess was right - $7.25 for a regular/medium sized Cinnamon Roll Latte. It was incredibly delicious! The young lady at the register was very friendly and welcoming. They also have a lot of neat merchandise displayed at the front of the cafe. So check it out as you're waiting for your drink. They also have a rewards program for what I think to rack up points for free drinks. There's tons of parking here on off church days. It looked like a shared lot and parking structure with the church. So finding a spot will depend on when you visit. But definitely enjoyed Lion and Lamb and will be coming back! read more

I've been here a couple times since it's changed over to L&L and both times have been great. Such friendly people working here and the environment is nice with a lot of seating inside and out. It's located where a church is so it can get some traffic on church days, but on other days not so much. There is always plenty of parking. Most of their lattes it seems they make with homemade syrup. I tried the salted toffee and banana foster latte and both were amazing. I also ordered their breakfast burrito, which they get from and outside vendor each morning and was surprised how good it was. It's filling enough and contains smashed tater tots inside in addition to the egg and (bacon). The tortilla is heated to have a nice crunch and it comes with two sauces. I was really excited when I found out they opened one near me. I used to go to the one in Costa Mesa all the time but then I moved. This location is huge and the ceilings are so high. It's inside the church area. Big parking lot. It's really big inside places to sit. It wasn't too busy, but it was kind of busy. They are pretty new, but they had some pretty decent selection of coffee. We ended up ordering the banana latte with oat milk. They have a large size and a medium size I ended up getting the medium and my friend got the large. The drink was really good. Took a little while to get and we also got a pastry we shared. Lexie was really friendly with a smile gave us some suggestions on what was good and what wasn't. I would definitely stop in again to try their other coffees. But I liked this cute little coffee shop next to the church. They don't have a wide selection, but they have a nice selection. I should've taken a picture of the menu. A large space, delicious coffee, and spirit of christianity that is undoubtedly present but not overbearing - what a beautiful place. I'm not sure what I was expecting from the S'mores latte other than sweet chocolatey marshmallowness but it blew my expectations out of the water! I'm really glad it tasted less like an overly sweet dessert and more like coffee with the most delightful foam on top. The Cookie Butter latte tasted kinda cinnamon/graham cracker-y if you're into that! Was great as well. What a beautiful place to spend a day studying/working. If you're looking for a place to study, Lion & the Lamb is the perfect spot! There's lots of tables, plenty of outlets, & all the natural lighting coming in through the big windows makes it such a good place to study or do work. I didn't have any issues with parking & they also have a row of spots that are labeled specifically for Lion & the Lamb customers. I came here at around 9AM on a weekday & was able to get a table, but closer to the afternoon, majority of the tables were already taken. It's part of a church, so they're probably super busy on Sundays. I ordered a hot s'mores latte & an almond croissant warmed up, both were good! I tried Lion and Lamb's Costa Mesa location a few years ago and wasn't entirely a fan. I forget what I ordered there but it wasn't my cup o' tea. I saw that there was a Fullerton location opening up right by my house so I was excited to give them another shot since it is so close by. Here's what I've tried so far: **Snickerdoodle Latte (Iced): Keep in mind, I ordered this with oat milk & half sweet. I was initially afraid that it would still be too sweet because of the white chocolate, brown sugar, and the cinnamon crunch cold foam but I was wrong. That cold foam was heavenly and one of the best foam toppers I've had in a while. The sweetness was very subtle and it complimented the overall drink very well. I was able to taste every flavor listed as well as the actual espresso. (5/5) **Cookie Butter Latte (Iced): Keep in mind, I ordered this with oat milk & half sweet. This was the only drink I ordered a large size in because it comes with more shots of espresso and I needed an extra boost for the day. I generally don't order anything like this but I was quite surprised how good it was. The biscoff cookie butter portion wasn't too overpowering and it was a subtle sweetness that complimented the drink as a whole. (4.5/5) **Salted Toffee Latte (Iced): Keep in mind, I ordered this with oat milk & half sweet. I wanted to try another latte and asked the barista what they liked between the banana foster and the salted toffee. They recommended this one so I went with it. I usually stay away from anything toffee related because the sweetness is often very overpowering even ordering less sweet due to the nature of the flavor. It was still very sweet for my taste but it was good. It tasted like the butterscotch hard candies from See's and it was quite pleasant. I could barely taste any coffee so with that, my rating is a little lower than the rest. (3.5/5) **Iced Americano: Not sure if it was an off day or not but my Americano was very sour. I had ordered my mom a hot Americano the same day and even she commented how subpar it was. (1/5) I've been here twice in 2025 and once so far in 2026. I've seen the same barista only two of my three visits so there's a lot of new faces. Everyone I've interacted with have been fantastic from the order taker, to the drink makers, and all the way down to the end of the line. Lion and Lamb really knows how to hire good people with positive attitudes. It's extremely spacious inside as it shares its space with a huge church and parking is no problem whether you come during the morning or day time since they have dedicated L&L parking in the general parking lot right outside. Sure, the Americanos I've ordered haven't been good but the Lattes are spectacular! I definitely recommend those with a sweet tooth looking a an extensive variety of drinks! Although Lion & Lamb is not my favorite coffee spot in the area, I will be back every now and then because it's still easily one of the better and more consistent coffee shops in the area when it comes to flavor and positive staff interactions. read more

Had a really rough morning so I came here after class to get a sweet treat. Immediately walking through the door, the cafe is super spacious and well-lit with lots of chairs, small & large tables, and outlets (good for studying/doing work!!). I was greeted right when I walked in too. The wonderful employee with blonde hair helped me out and she was sooo helpful and patient! I ordered a Blueberry Matcha, which only comes in one size and sweetness. The Blueberry Matcha comes with in-house made blueberry syrup, which gives the matcha a slight tang and slightly fruity flavor, making it light and refreshing. I also ordered a regular matcha with cold foam and she told me they could do a vanilla cold foam, marshmallow cold foam, or mix in blueberry syrup to make a blueberry cold foam for me! The employees here really go above and beyond to help you! The marshmallow cold foam sounded too good to pass up so I got that. ‼ WARNING: their MATCHA COMES UNSWEETENED ‼ so if you're a sugar lover like me, that's sometimes a thing that throws me off. But as shown through their constant outstanding service, she warned me that it did come unsweetened (a lot of places don't warn you until after you drink it) and I could sweeten it even more with simple syrup, vanilla syrup, etc. I also tried to order their breakfast burrito because I heard that it's good but both the breakfast sandwich & breakfast burrito were already sold out by 8:20AM. As a substitute, she recommended their other pastries and I went with her suggestion of their ham and cheese pastry. It's warm, buttery try, and didn't have a sad, disappointing amount of ham or cheese like some places do. It had a good amount of ham actually. TLDR: This place was so kind and amazing in terms of service, vibes, taste, and quality! I would definitely come back and recommend it to my other friends! It's also a Christian owned cafe I believe so that was cool to find out too. OTHER: Parking is super spacious with lots and lots of spots too so I didn't struggle at all with that. They also sell their own cafe merch and roast(?) inside too. Their straws are one of the earth-friendly alternative options but super sturdy and don't get soggy at all so that's a plus! read more

Lion & Lamb gave me the peace I didn't even know I needed. It's a spacious, beautifully designed coffee shop detached from a church--still on holy ground, but with its own unique flow. I came to read and study the Word, and the atmosphere was calm, inviting, and easy to settle into. The staff was friendly, and my matcha was crafted perfectly. I didn't even take pictures because I got caught in the beauty of it all. It's definitely one of those places you just have to experience and trust. Lol.
