5/5 for the atmosphere and environment. I love all the tables and the ability to curl up with a book or a computer for a short bit. There is an ample amount of indoor seating, which I really appreciate it. Why the lower score? The prices are a little out of whack, to be honest. A fruit smoothie cost almost the same amount as my cup of tea. My tea was almost $6. I'll pay that for loose leaf or a premium team (MAYBE) , but this was bog-standard bagged tea. I kind of gasped a bit when he told me the price, but I was already committed at that point. I really love to support independent coffee shops (hate Starbucks), but this was a little steep. 2026: 13/100 read more

OMG why is no one talking about the Nitro-coffee on tap? It is a must try especially with the summer looking at us. Stellar service ive had the burritos too. Taken many many bags of used up coffee grounds up used for my gardening compos. For free they post the free brown bags of 10 lbs coffee grounds again for gardening. Regardless great brew house. With front easy parking. No steps easy for our elders access or those in wheelchairs. read more

Not the best experience. For context: I came to grab a coffee since I had a busy work day ahead of me. I started to browse the menu, not sure what I wanted since it was my first time there. Couldn't decide yet so I sat down and tried to connect my laptop to the WiFi but it took me longer than expected because the WiFi in big letters was invalid. The network wouldn't pop up and I had a work meeting in less than 30 minutes (I restarted my laptop, downloaded the newest update, tried to enter the network manually etc. etc.) nothing was working then I took another look and saw there was a small sticker on top that says ATT. I finally got connected with that network with 5 minutes to spare for my meeting so I got myself situated and hopped on the call. During the meeting, the owner came up to me and said "if you're going to hang out here you need to buy something" it was honestly really off setting because he interrupted me mid conversation so I pointed to my headphones to let him know I was on a call. Afterwards, I walked over and let him know I was planning on grabbing a drink after my meeting and he told me I should have paid for something before hand.......I told him no worries, i'll leave I won't be spending my money here after all and packed up my things and left. But honestly if it weren't for the whole WiFi situation I would have been able to order my drink prior but that interaction happened and I didn't feel the need to explain myself but the fact that he was rude about it I would rather not support this business, there's way better coffee shops in the area. read more

Pilgrim's Coffee House Fullerton, CA We checked out Pilgrim's Coffee in Fullerton! Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed the traditional coffee local coffee house atmosphere. Iced Butterscotch with oatmilk   We were curious to try this drink and were pleased by how subtle and smooth it was. It had a nice mellow sweetness, and the coffee flavor wasn't too bitter. The drink seemed a little lighter, requiring more coffee. We recommend adding an extra shot next time for more of that espresso kick. The Iced Pistachio with oatmilk This drink was enjoyable. This drink had a full and rich flavor at the beginning, with a good balance between nuttiness and coffee. Definitely felt like a more developed drink. The barista was super kind, helpful, and informative,  adding a wonderful personality to the whole experience. We enjoyed talking to her and felt so welcomed. We also love that the shop is dog-friendly. Plgrim's also has a good variety of drinks and food to choose from. We're definitely open to coming back and trying more. I visited this quiet coffee shop late on a weekday afternoon. The vibe is chill and peacefull. The interior has quite a number of tables and art by Fullerton College students was scattered on the walls. I ordered a regular sized vanilla latte and a pack of two homemade chocolate chip cookies. They use Golden State Coffee here which is high quality. My latte lacked any vanilla flavor but the coffee itself was excellent. The cookies, wrapped in plastic wrap, tasted fresh and had plenty of chips to satisfy a chocolate sweet tooth. The friendly, kind fellow working here seemed to know most of the customers who were coming in, chatting while taking their orders. Definitely a great place to come if you want a relaxing place to sit and space out while enjoying your coffee. read more

Pilgrims is the best coffee shop and study spot. The atmosphere is very calm, and relaxing, and the drinks are great. My favorite is the iced chai tea latte. The cinnadoodle cookies are amazing too! Had to kill some time while the bookstore across this cafe was processing trade-in so I decided to stop by this cafe and get some coffee. As soon as I entered the cafe, all the artworks on the wall immediately captured my eyes. I was excited to see that they were all my Fullerton College colleagues' awesome collections that after I ordered my coffee from a friendly barista, I sat down and soak everything in. There were group of people studying/working with their laptop, catching up with friends and families and enjoying the warm sunny day with their favorite beverages. It was a very peaceful and comfortable place to hang out. I ordered iced Americano, hot chocolate and cinnamon roll, which wasn't great but there wasn't anything special about them. They also sold fruits and vegetable cold pressed juices so I'm interested in trying one of the juices next time. read more

Only thing I would say was wifi wasn't working that great when I was there, but other then that I was able to use my hotspot. Great local coffee shop to have in Fullerton. Came here on an early Sunday morning and loved the cozy vibe of the shop. Service here is super friendly. They were really helpful when I asked for tea recommendations. Got the blueberry hibiscus tea and a bagel. Both were pretty standard. Came in for coffee and croissant, a go to for comparing other coffee shops for me. The croissant is equivalent to something from Costco, not bad but nothing to write home about. The house coffee was good, better than Starbucks. It had nice notes and a bit on the fruity side. This shop is good but nothing outstanding. Came in around 10:30 am, so they ran a skeleton crew (1 person), so there was a bit of a wait while they juggled multiple items by themself. read more

While this coffee place is tucked away in DTF, don't underestimate it! My co-worker and I had been wanting to try out this place for a while and finally decided to visit on a rainy Monday. I was shocked at how busy it was inside (but then remembered it was a holiday and there's nothing like enjoying some coffee and doing work on a rainy day). My co-worker loves kombucha and was excited to see his favorite brand was on-tap. He got that and then I got an iced matcha latte w/ almond milk (my go-to at any coffee place). The prices here are some of the best in DTF. I think we had the owner as the person helping us out and he was very kind! I enjoyed my drink. Just from the vibes alone, I could tell this was a hidden gem. There's a bunch of seating inside and it just feels very cozy. Tons of cool/local art adorn the walls. I feel like if they had a stronger social media presence, they would be the talk of the DTF coffee scene (but that's just my marketing persona talking haha). Can definitely see myself coming back here with friends (or even just myself when I want to study). read more

Just stopped by. We met Jeff the Owner/Manager. He said he has been here 8 years. He's very nice. This is a cool coffee shop. I got a smoothie and the wife got an iced coffee. Both were awesome. It is very mellow and comfortable in here. Other than downtown style parking on the street limiting a long stay, I'd say this is a great spot through and through. Really love this downtown coffee shop. Their coffee is consistently good and the owner, Jeff, is super nice and friendly. Both their espresso (in an Americano) and drip coffee have good flavor and never seem too strong, weak, or watered down. They serve Golden State's coffee, which is another big plus. Tried their black bean and cheese breakfast burrito and it was just right for the price ($6.25). They also serve other breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, and some pastries. This matcha got me feelin like a "darkskin like shay shay". Heavy handed with the ice cream for the Affogato, definitely getting your pennies worth. Great place for study maybe when we're not here. There were actually several coffee shops we could have gone to but we happened to walk by this one and went in. Coffee, fortunately was great. The service, I must say, was not so great. It was next to very unwelcoming. It was sad. Coffee houses are supposed to be like the coolest chillest place to be. I didn't feel this way that day. We even went on to order a bagel and muffin. The muffin was cold and wasn't the freshest. But we stayed and finished our lattes, anyway. Sometimes you go into these independent coffee shops to support local businesses. No good deed goes unpunished. Hopefully next time, service will be a little more pleasant for everyone's benefit. read more

I'm so happy with this place! I worked here during the day and there's plenty of seating, outlets and WiFi is great :) it was the perfect place to work and get things done. Noise level was great too. Not too crowded and not too quiet. And the vibe was that people are working too or they were chatting with their friends. Great place to be :) Plus I'm going keto and they also have keto coffee and lattes and keto donuts, as well as normal pastry's :) super win from me! Came on over to this quaint and cute little coffeehouse after shopping at the used bookstore across the way. The butterscotch cold brew was delicious and I loved the full flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. My husband and daughter shared a strawberry banana smoothie and said that it was made well and flavorful. My daughter got a double chocolate muffin and while they seemed homemade she wished it was a little fresher. The lighting was a little dim for reading so we needed to sit near a window for extra light but I loved the vibe of this place. I tried to give this coffee shop another chance. However, I was disappointed yet again in the customer service department this morning. I asked for half cold brew with half oat milk (a regular size). When I went on to pay for the drink, I noticed that the barista charged me well over $6.50. I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't check the order on the screen. I asked him if he could charge me for the regular instead of large size (since that was what I initially ordered). Since I was asking for more oat milk, he said he'd have to charge me for a large size. Last time I checked, I didn't think half oat milk would be a big ask. Other establishments only charge .25 or .50 for additional alternative milk. Also, they don't increase the size of the drink without telling you. Needless to say, this is the last time I'll be coming to this coffee shop. If you're looking for a more welcoming coffee shop that doesn't nitpick, I'd recommend visiting Made, Sip&Savor, Dripp, and other local establishments. read more

Quaint space, super cozzy, the coffee was good, they get their roasts from Golden State Coffee Roasters, which is a local shop. That, I totally respect and support. The cookies were pretty good, a bit crumbly for my taste. but good nonetheless. They have non caffeinated options which was great too. My one gripe was that I was looking for a place to study and it was quiet and all but I needed a power outlet, and the are only available on the table by the front window, and if whoever is there is not going away, you are not getting any power. I will probably not be going back, because I really need that. read more

Pilgrim's has become one of our favorite go to coffee shops, and we do visit a lot of them. We didn't go for a long time after visiting the shop not long after opening years ago due to an incorrect order and coffee not being what we expected. Over time though, we came back and now we have grown to love this business. The drinks are some of the better quality ones, at least in the two flavored lattes I get, and the service is friendly and the drinks have been consistent. Lavender is often my go to flavor for iced lattes and its really good here. I don't get vanilla often because it's a very basic and common flavor, but Steven almost always does. I find the vanilla iced lattes to be so good here, that I often end up with vanilla here and basically only here. I was telling the owner that recently and he did inform us that they use 1885 syrup. That is something I may have to get for lattes at home because its been very good here. I also noticed in some photos that there is a matcha latte that I will need to try out sometime. I really like this business for a few reasons, but friendly service and the quality of the drinks are a big win for me to keep coming in. read more

Cold Brew Coffee Review I do not normally drink iced coffee with the exception of a lavender latte. Not that I only like sweet drinks because I normally drink my hot coffee with only creamer. Anyway, the flavor was lovely and complex and so so smooth. Not a hint of acidic bite that often comes with coffee that has been left to go cold. A+ in my book. You truly hit the mark! read more

He also had several keto friendly muffins and snacks as well as regular delicious muffins and cookies. The vibe here is soothing. When we saw this place had a 4.7 that was already a good sign. We are new to this area we just happen to stop by before we left for our hometown because it seemed cute around here. We are very lucky to stumble across some of the best coffee ever. It is one man running this place which is so impressive, and it seems he truly takes his time to craft each drink. I got the affogato which allowed me to taste the blend of the coffee really well. The dark chocolate and nutty flavors were incredible. My boyfriend got a caramel latte with oatmilk and that was quite quality tasting as well. The atmosphere of the cafe is quite nice and there is very comfortable seating. I hope I can come back again someday because I won't forget the amazing coffee blend they use here! read more
