He was attentive, professional, followed up on my lab results, and made sure important primary-care matters were addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice has gradually changed significantly. Over time, the office appears to have shifted away from the level of personal and professional medical care I initially received. Much of my care has been handled by nurse practitioners, and I have had several experiences that raised serious concerns for me regarding attention to detail and professionalism. On multiple occasions, incorrect prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and I was the one who noticed the errors. When I brought one of these incidents to Dr. Arasheben's attention, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or adequately addressed. Initially, I treated it as an isolated mistake, but over time I experienced additional issues that caused me to lose confidence in the practice. Most recently, when I asked about my overdue annual physical, I was told that it was my responsibility to keep track of when my annual examinations were due. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of care, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could find another primary-care physician. After being a patient for five years, this was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice today feels much more focused on running and expanding a business than providing the attentive, disciplined primary care that I received when I first became a patient. Based on my recent experiences, particularly the repeated prescription errors and the response to my concerns, I can no longer recommend this practice as a primary-care provider.

Not only did she take her time checking on my baby, but she also checked on me as a new mom, which meant so much. She truly comes across as a sweetheart who cares deeply about her patients and families. The office itself is very clean, which is always reassuring. The only thing that left me a little disappointed was the front desk experience. The receptionist didn't seem very friendly or welcoming -- no smile or acknowledgment when we walked in, which feels especially important in a pediatric office. I've been with her for over a year now specifically to resolve chronic obesity that I have struggled with most of my adult life. It has been a life changing experience. On top of working on my weight she has become my GP and either treats or refers me out for any health issues that arise. From Poison Oak to Inner ear issues, she will guide you through it all. I was pleasantly surprised that her office had moved from a medical building into a private residential home across the street. The parking is easy, and I feel so much more comfortable in this home like setting. The house doubles as a sleep research center in the evenings, so don't be surprised by the cameras and some of the equipment. It is used to monitor overnight patients during sleep studies. I love the girls who run her office!! They are integral to her successful practice. I have come to know and adore them over the last year. Booking appointments, prescriptions, referrals are always a smooth easy process. Most of their communication is done by email, which I love and prefer. They are professional and kind, running a quiet, peaceful office. With Marjorie's treatment and care I have seen remarkable success with weight loss.
