Had free wash through Marvel. Didn't realize car wash had changed ownership. Signed up for monthly membership since cars were behind me in line & no way out. After wash, still had dirt and bugs all over my car. The drivers side vacuum didn't work either. Emailed to cancel membership and received phone call asking if I wanted to come back and rewash...NO!!! Horrible car wash. No refund for first month even though I spoke to person about my issues. Car wash quality has gone down the last four times I used it. They blamed the brushes at top had to be recalibrated. Now trying to cancel online for 3 weeks my "fast pass" unable to do it. I'll be calling my bank to shut down their automatic charge. read more

This was a great place when it opened. Since it was purchased by Raceway it has declined quickly. No longer do they pre-wash windows with mops, the machines miss entire sections of the car and it is hit or miss if the dryers, air hoses or water hoses actually work. read more

Got a monthly membership when it was Marvel and loved it. Then Raceway bought it and the wash hasn't been as good, but I still kept my membership. My card was compromised recently so I had to cancel it and got a text from Raceway saying my card didn't go through and to come and bring a new card. I went back a few weeks later to add another card to my membership because of rain, travel, etc. When I went back to give them another card for the file for my monthly membership, they wanted to charge me $5 more for the same wash and wouldn't honor my previous wash price saying it had been too long since I had been there. It had maybe been 3 weeks but they kept saying it's been too long so you can't have the price you had. They had already raised my monthly price once (without notification) since Raceway bought it. Guess they would rather have a new customers than keep their old customers. Good luck! Very bad business and customer service! read more

First car wash was free when you give your phone number. Cool concept. I like the monthly package idea. I'm Curious to see what the difference is between their highest and base car wash experience. It was quick and easy, but didn't get all the bird poop off my car which was slightly annoying. But other than that, quick experience and my toddler loved watching what was going on as well read more

I've had a couple cheap washes here before, but it's never impressive. Recently I got their top-tier, $20 wash. My car was left covered in streaks and water spots, and the windshield was somehow still dusty. None of the tire features could be seen. People in my family have memberships here that they plan to cancel as the whole service has become very disappointing. read more

Absolutely cannot believe I paid $20 for the top tier marvelous wash. Supposed to include everything, including "spot free rinse" and "tire shine". Went through the wash and all the signs lit up and seemed to be in working order. As you can see in the pictures that's a joke. Wish I could have gotten good views of all the windows because literally everyone has spots everywhere and no tire shine in sight. I would have paid for a basic wash if that's all I was getting. Terrible!! I don't think they used soap. The guys at the entrance barely I'm even got it wet with his spray wand. My trucks wheels looked like it was never washed. Had to just wipe the dirt off with there towels. The vacuums don't hardly work at all. Its not even worth trying. Paid $20 and the truck doesn't get clean. It was just a few years ago you could pay $20 and they did it all. Now they just take your money and pawn the work off on the customer. Yeah I could run it through again but I shouldn't have to and my truck wasn't that dirty. read more

I got my car washed on a Tuesday and on Thursday morning it looked like someone threw all the pollen in DFW at my car. Several months later I discovered I was still being billed and had not used the service since I cancelled it. This carwash is probably the one that has gotten my car the cleanest. I like the vacuum area after the wash. It has the air hose to blow out the mirror and windows. They have buckets of clean towels to finish the clean yourself. My only gripe would be that I have to dry it off myself however I don't have to worry about tipping anyone. I thought about cancelling and moving to a different carwash closer to our home but this was does such a good job I am just staying there. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here and got the monthly plan with them, and as soon as the first wash, I don't know why, but the car wash peeled my paint in the right side of my truck above the back wheel. I talked to the manager, Jerry, and after about a month he told me they could not do anything about it. This is ridiculous especially because there is VIDEO evidence showing when I went in my truck'S paint was spotless, and when I came out it was peeled. Like I said there was video evidence and they still decided not to help me out. read more

Pressure settings need to be adjusted, after going through the wash it took the roof weather stripping off, also be careful if you have a traditional antenna as they do not remove it before entry to the wash like most other places. There are much better car wash options in the area read more
