Beware of their "promos." I say that because they're sneakily disguised as ways to make you sign up for their membership. On October 20, the employee that helped with my purchase mentioned that with my one-time payment ($14.99) I would get a month's worth of washes (expires Nov. 20) as an ongoing promo, as long as I have their sticker in my car. I made her clarify the terms and she explicitly stated that I would not be charged after the Nov. 20 expiration date. She placed the RFID sticker on my window and said it would stop working after the one month period. Come Nov. 20 and my card gets a charge for $19.99. I called Raceway and was told that I was signed up for their recurring membership, and my card was automatically charged. I canceled my membership immediately but was told a refund would have to be escalated. I'm extremely annoyed with their misleading business practices and won't be coming back. The car wash itself is fine, the issue is the vacuuming after. Like half the parking spots don't have working vacuums or they have very low suction power. Very dishonest and irresponsible business avoid at all cost! I first came to this car wash about 5 months ago because it's near my new home. on my first visit I was offered a package that had ceramic coating for $20 per month for new customers ( original $35) they said. Few months go by and I check my statement and they charge me $35 monthly oppose to the $20 and when I asked about it they said that $20 was a single month introductory rate and that there was nothing they can do about it. I was never told anything about an intro rate!! Then in one of the times that my car was in their tunnel my front wheel when out of their railing system and completely ruined my front wheel and when I complained about it they said they will have to have a manager contact me to try to get my wheel fixed, but manager never called. So when I followed back on my complaint they said that the manager declined my claim because my wheel is aftermarket which is not true my car was purchased with the wheel it has on directly from the dealership and I had proof of that but they still did not want to take any responsibility for the damages of my car and also for overcharging me for several months. And we had to run through the wash twice to get it cleaned. Tip: find a place that doesn't use those rubber brushes. This place sucks. You drive into the non-member line and you have to listen to them promote their monthly service. If you don't want their monthly service, you pay $14 for the most basic car wash. Honestly, this price is criminal. That is way more expensive than any other car wash in the area! On top of that, their dryer doesn't work so I had wet spots on my car with no towels to dry it with. One of their vacuums didn't work, so I had to use the working one on the other side to vacuum the opposite side of my car. My car not clean and I probably have to wash it again. This happened on (9/16/24) at around 1pm. I pull into the Raceway and I'm waiting behind a car in front of me for the automatic wash. The employee of Raceway, a big woman with sunglasses, comes skipping out of the office and tends the car before me. Judging by their interaction, I could tell she upsold the driver a more expensive package. She appeared very giddy. And here's the thing, I was genuinely happy for her. Good job champ. I hope you make good commission off of that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When it was my turn to be serviced, the big woman flashed me their membership menu and started going down their tier list. I respectfully declined by saying "no thank you, can I just get your cheapest wash?" Immediately after I said that, her demeanor changes. Saw that my driver front and rear wheels were damaged. I know for a fact that this was not there and have video evidence from my Tesla to prove everything. Tried calling them in regarding this issue but they only work Monday - Friday. I have always drive by this car wash location for years, but it's the first time I decided to try their service. After reading the reviews, I was quite skeptical but I'm glad I gave it a try. These days, it's hard to find car wash that cost less than $8-10, especially near FV area... Otherwise, you have to drive farther for those gas stations drive through that offer $5/each. Anyway, I tried the cheapest option $6/wash. They have $6, $8, $10 or $12-$13 options. Then I saw they have monthly subscription for $12.95/month, which I applied. I only paid 1/2 since it's 7/17 and pro-rate. Anyway, the wash itself was relaxing and cool. To my surprise, my car was 95% dry after the wash. I didn't have to tower dry my car or anything. It was 82F and quite hot so I guess the car was dry within mins with little to no water streak mark. And yes, I didn't wash my car for months so it was very dirty. I sometimes will have to go through 2 times to feel clean. But with this car wash, it was cleaned the first round. I wish the vacuum was stronger. I probably will have to come back next time to do proper vacuuming. With the monthly subscription, you can have car wash twice a day, with is a steal. I just need to take to for a wash 2-3 times a month to make my money worth. Also, it feels really nice to have a clean car and safer with a clear vision. read more

Not a great place for someone who has never been to a carwash before. I was lucky to have witnessed my friends going thru these type of carwashes, so I knew the gist of what to do. I came to wash my brother's car since he told me to do so, and had a terrible experience. The attendant asked me to placed my car in neutral, but I struggled since I never knew how to do so on a Prius before. He can tell I am struggling but still continued by spraying my windows and pressing for the belt to go forward. I rolled down to ask and he immediately tells me with annoyance in his voice, "ma'am, this is so easy. If you read your manual, you just have to hold to go neutral." Overall it's a good place. I go here at least 3 times a week since I live right next door to it. I just went at 5:00 and it was already closed when I have an unlimited pass. Some of the vacuums also don't suck hard enough and I also always have my side mirrors hit hard by the side scrubber but no damage has been done yet. I may stop going if it's not fixed but it's so close sometimes and cheaper than the other on down the street even tho the other one may be better. This is close to my office and I wanted a good scrubbing on my car so I chose the best wash. It comes with a air freshener, soft cloth to dry, and wipe for your dashboard in a little bag the operator gives you before going in the wash. The wash was a 7 out of 10 in my opinion. It didn't clean the rims well and no tire shine like Tommy's in Fullerton. The vacuum works great but I didn't see an air blower to get rid of the excess water in the mirror area. I've been coming here since day 1, main reason I come is because of the vacuum extensions they have. I don't even want to complain but I feel like I have to, as soon as I drive through to pay. The greeter/attendant was rude, asked me which wash I said, "grand champion" he proceeded to text on his phone. Full minute later asked again which wash. lol I can tell he was not having it. I let it slide and not let it get to me. I moved forward into the bay, he didn't direct me correctly, I had my window down waiting for my baggy with the towel and air freshener. But come on, rude from the get go, shuts off compressor 5 mins earlier than what he originally said.
