Prior to this visit we saw 2 other dealerships and their cars were in terrible condition so we walked away. They tried to give us 12% rate with 830 credit scores. These guys used Credit Union and offered 6.5% and our payment is $100 less then what the other dealerships offered. I always pay attention to how the office looks. Majio took my initial call (at a ridiculously early hour - and was immediately responsive) to respond to all questions I had about this and other questions about the car. It was EARLY too - but he was super pleasant. And yes, they absolutely can register your car. My sister was looking to donate her super-old and barely-running car and they took it for trade-in! From the moment I showed up at the lot, Bijan ad Majio treated me like family and I felt super comfortable. They asked me options (GAP insurance, etc), but only once for each option and were not at all pushy.
