2 weeks agoNEW The guys are crooks. They buy damaged cars with mechanical issues from the auctions. They have the mechanics turn off the check engine lights. Then they sell them to unsuspecting buyers. When the new buyer drives the car the check engine light comes back on and they contact the dealer and they are told no warranty sold "as is" leaving the new buyer with thousands of dollars in repairs and a junk car that does not run properly. Avoid these people like the plague. Happened to me and several other people who also bought cars from here. They have delete my reviews several times because they don't want people to know the truth. read more

I made the biggest mistake I could have made going to buy a car from here! I bought a 2016 Chevy from here that is just a huge lemon. Ohh but trust me when I say they will make it happen in order for them to get there bonuses!! They won't put you in a car you want they will put you in a car they know is fucked up & don't care to even bother helping fix it. When I got the car back in October 2022, about 2 weeks later the car started having problems I spoke to Kevin & aurora & they said to take it in to have the car looked at & fixed, which I did it took them 8 days to have the car ready. A month later the car started having problems again. Which I mentioned to Kevin & he said he'll back me back that he was going to talk to his mechanic, I waited & nothing so I decided to take my car to a good mechanic & he had my car running good, then 2 months later another problem came up I called Kevin again he said the same thing guess what!! No call back. This is a worst mistake for someone who is trying to build credit!! Go to an actually dealership that will help you! Take your time to look around & don't settle for this place, this place doesn't care about you or the card they sell all they want to do it make there money!! read more

So where do I start ! I was excited about the experience I first had but boy shortly after buying this car it went downhill! So maybe a week after getting the car I get stuck on my lunch because the battery dies, I'm upset but they say hey ima fix it. Cool puts a new battery in and I'm off. Not even another week later my car window doesn't roll up and I find out that the mechanics was messed up in there. Now I'm mad because I shouldn't be here 2 times in 2 weeks! Now it has been a little shy of a month and my car wouldn't start when I was out of town, so I told them what happen and how I had to jump start it 3 times. They tell me to bring it in so I did on my lunch and they told me it would be ready by the time I'm out of work. I get off work and they have to pick me up because of course my car is not ready! So I'm like what's going on ? They say give us another 45 mins your car will be done. I wait almost 2 hours before they give a loaner car and tell me my car will be ready the next day. It's been almost 3 days and i haven't heard from them and I still have the loaner car! At this point I don't want the car or the business. This has been a great experience!!!!! The pride of ownership of that lot shows in the quality of the cars he has for sale. While my truck purchase was a 2010 it was a cherry with only one owner and all service records done at the dealer at which it was purchased. I think Kevin is the owner of the lot because he was laid back and very friendly and knowledgeable about getting me good financing and a great deal on my trade in. And to top it off I got two sets of keys with the truck which is almost unheard of at other dealers in my experience. Unfortunately I can not speak on their vehicles due to my wife asked me to stop by and view a Ford flex that they had posted online for one price. I called Kevin at dealership before going as I always do and asked if vehicle was still available. Kevin stated Yes Ford Flex is still available. When I got on site at dealership I walked into office and Justin was sitting at desk listening to his ipod. I asked to speak to Kevin and Justin stated he was in corner cubical as I approached cubical Kevin yelled at Justin to help him as he was currently busy. As we walked outside to view Ford Flex I noticed vehicle was in poor condition as I asked Justin again to confirm price of Ford Flex he stated he had to ask Kevin his boss to check on price of Ford Flex but he believed Price was at 21k. Price on internet post was at around $17k. Due to condition on vehicle I told Justin I'm no longer Interested in vehicle at that price as I had did research and found vehicle is over $5100.00 over price for the year, make, model and mileage on vehicle. Justin said to make a offer and he will check with his boss Kevin. I made the more then reasonable offer on vehicle. Justin stated he will follow up with me within 45 mins after he talks to Kevin. Justin gave me his cell number and I left and 2 hours later I still had not received a call back. So giving Justin the benefit of doubt that he might have gotten busy I reached out to Justin. He stated he still hadn't talked to Kevin yet because Kevin left to do a bank run. He asked if I can give him two hours and he promised he call call me back with an answer on offer. About 3 hours went by and no response at this point I knew offer was being ignored. I contact Justin on the cell phone number he provided me and he forwarded to voicemail. I contacted dealership directly and a lady answered I asked if Kevin was available she stated he was unavailable. I asked if Justin was available she stated Yes he is available and right here. As I waited for Justin to get on the phone she got back on the phone and stated he was not available. But he is texting my wife from his cell phone number I attempted to call asking If she still interested in Ford Flex. I buy multiple vehicles a month for my company and this company has lost a customer for life. A call with a simple "No" would been acceptable but to not call and avoid calls they must be doing good enough they don't require new customers.... read more

I am writing to ask that you please halt your harassing number of calls. Just today in the span of 40 minutes I received 4 calls from your employees Angie and Tobias. They state I am behind on a payment but am yet to receive instruction in writing, what I do continue to receive are denial letters from other banks, how am I supposed to know that the loan has been assigned when according to what I am receiving in mail, the loan application is still going through an approval process? Also, just last week, Angie left a voicemail asking that I co-sign for my husband so that he can be approved, SO HOW IS IT THAT YOU NOW SAY THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN DUE WHEN PER YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES, THE LOAN IS STILL NOT APPROVED? Tobias stated that Angie told him I was refusing to pay because the car has over $1200 in mechanical issues, this was never what I said. Although the car indeed had issue not disclosed to me at purchase and I am now having to fork this money over to a mechanic, I never stated I would not make a payment because of this, simply that because of previous "word" taking, I now need everything in writing. Having employees lie and accuse me makes me question your business ethics. All I asked was for something in writing that shows who I am making payments to for the life of the loan. Tobias insists that Midtown Motors "never does this" and that he has "vouched for" us for this loan. If I remember correctly, we did provide you with $4000 about 40% of the actual loan, so please enough with the "we're doing you a favor" charade, you wanted my business I gave it to you and now you have employees contacting me and treating me as if I were a criminal. I am a customer, your treatment of me is disturbing and concerning. Both Angie and Tobias stated that we were behind on a payment, if this shows up on the credit report, I will bring this up to a professional, I have proof that shows dates on when credit was ran, when banks denied, so how can I be late on something not yet approved, per correspondence from lenders? **I have to admit, Tobias was great at point of sale, then once my money was on that side something happened.....I will update this review if they turn it around! *********ADDENDUM******** Kevin asked me to remove this post since he was nice to me and "waived a late fee" so I did...but my experience was too horrid not to share. I have put more than $2500 into this car since I bought it and there is still more work needed. We came here in hopes of being assisted due to our challenged credit. Instead of an answer upon terms (APR, months and down payment) we were given the complete run around by one of their salesmen named Tim. I believe that Tim had every intention initially to make a sale, but as time went on and we asked more direct questions; we were given one answer and told something else all within the same day. We were hoping for a better experience as they work with these types of cases according to their website, but it's all just false advertising to get you in. It was definitely a waste of time, but then again; positivity is key. This all happened for a reason, steer clear from here. I can guarantee that once our credit does become better, we won't be inquiring here. I'm sure that another establishment will get the deal right and be able to answer the customer questions without all the extra bs. One minute you're told you're pre-approved and once you're on your way down, they decide to run your credit again and tell you not to come because they're still working on the terms? I'm confused. Terrible experience! I rushed into getting a car when I should of took my time . I bought a benz with a cracked light and a messed up bumper. Of course they said they "PROMISE" to fix it that following Monday. Monday came and they mechanic didn't show up so they assured me the next day. The day came and NO answer. In the beginning they told me I would ONLY have to put down $3500 but when they realized me and my fiancé was wealthy they asked for $7000. All around bad experience.
