I am sorry to say that I was looking forward to extensive and rather expensive dentistry services that I planned to pay for upfront. I previously paid Distinctive Dentistry a fee for consultation. I was told because of a delay in care I had to pay again. I asked for more detail and then received a letter removing me as one of their patients and wishing me luck? I dared to ask a question. and was terminated from receiving future care by them. I was shocked and understandably upset. I had never been late on a payment. I was never rude or argumentative. I simply displeased the front desk. All I can say is never question the front desk or you may find yourself without a dentist. I feel badly mistreated. I had been going to this dentist for about two years. For the last year, I have been dealing with my obsessive teeth grinding that is having devastating effects on my teeth. Alot of pain. Dr. Phillips recommended a bite guard. However, I have tried them before and they haven't worked for a couple of reasons: I grind during the day, not at night. And I have a high gag response to them. But he said it was really the only way to deal with grinding, so I paid the $200+ and they ordered a bite guard. I tried and tried to use it. But I would just gag on it. I went in to the office 3 or 4 times to have it trimmed down. By this time, my teeth are actually becoming loose and are very sore. About a month ago, I was watching TikTok and saw a clip about Botox working to cure grinding. I was over the moon!! Maybe I could find a dentist that offered this! Well, guess what? Dr. Phillip's does it. He just never told me about it! I was really upset, but made the appointment to get the procedure. When in the chair, I asked Dr. Phillips why he never told me over the last year that this was an option, knowing how badly I was suffering and how much damage was being done to my teeth. His response? "So, you want to blame ME?" Unbelievable. I got the botox injections and it has reduced my grinding immensely. I have already found a new dentist. Dr. Phillips did not have my best interest at heart. I question his commitment to his patients. read more

He clearly took the time to answer all the questions I had about my dental concerns and made me feel very comfortable in his office. I would say the same about his staff as well. I called Dr. Phillips office yesterday and they were able to fit me in the next day. When I arrived at his office, I didn't have to wait long before the assistant came out and ushered me into the dental chair. I didn't have to wait long before Dr. Phillips came in and painlessly fixed my cavity. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the whole procedure was, and how friendly everyone was. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips office for all your dental needs. I scheduled an appointment with distinctive dentistry. They had nothing available for for months, and then REQUIRE you to come in for a 1 hour evaluation appointment where they charge you $200. I have been harassed by them through email, text, and phone calls for two months and I have not even seen them yet. This week I've heard from them FOUR TIMES by phone, and half of the calls were them trying to move my appointment and then realizing they couldn't' move it for their own reasons. they are completely disorganized, don't respect your time, and seem to be trying to nickle and dime customers to pad the dentists pocket. read more

I have had years upon years of dental work and there is not one dentist that sticks out in my mind as the best dentist I have ever been to other than Keith Philips. As if I forgot to mention... he has an amazing staff... one thing I feel is important... I am an advocate when it comes to getting your teeth cleaned every six months. I absolutely love this place! They're classy, affordable, and well trained! Innovative and thorough! We have two kids that I've always hated previous dentists, however this dentist they love. My son gags anytime someone comes near his mouth with anything. After his first visit here, he commented over and over again how amazing they were. He didn't gag more than a couple times and was able to get through a full cleaning which is usually not the case. I was not happy with this appointment. I have been with this clinic for close to two years, and have suffered from teeth grinding for years. Come to fu d out, Dr. Phillips offers the botox injections for this ailment, but never told me that. So for the last six months I have been having ever increasing pain and my teeth have actually started coming loose because of the grinding. I've been going to dr. Phillips for 4 years. He did an entire set of implants. I have been to several dentists over the years, but I have never ever been to such a kind, courteous, compassionate and skillful practitioner. There really isn't space to say all the good things I would like to. The entire staff at his office are wonderful. I had the opportunity to meet his wife and she was wonderful too! I realize it probably sounds like im exaggerating, but honestly I'm not. One of the traits he and his staff has is they don't make you feel to blame, or embarrassed. If you have work that needs doing, especially if you have damage to your teeth, i wouldnt recommend anyone but this office. read more
