At Rachel's ownership hands on leadership and Maintenance of professional standards and ethical practice is visible in every encounter and transaction. Having over 30 years experience in the trade really shows and the owner recruits good people who know their job and retains them by treating them right, delegating responsibly and maintaining pride in their output. This is an old school operation where work quality ,fair treatment in an environment of honor and ethical performance are upheld and the norm for all dealings. My job was completed with excellence and the vehicle released only after the owner had personally taken the vehicle for a final test drive and careful walk around. I was given regular text updates on progress of repairs and estimated completion date. The estimator Mark was super thorough in his inspection and detailing damage and needed parts and completed the estimate in record time-- a real pro with decades of experience! The team here is great. They recommended a paint less dent repair which they do not do at the shop but sub out to a different provider. He just so happened to be at the shop looking at another job and gave me an eval/quote and schedule the repair. They can do the repair in my driveway which is great. This shop didn't work on my car but they are honest and helpful! Thank you! read more

It took Rachel's Collision 3 weeks to fix 1 headlight. I finally got my car back, now the headlight that was working is filled with condensation and no longer works. But that's what you get when you have Progressive Insurance Claim Managers that only value the repair shops they send their policy holders to. Beware of the Progressive Insurance and Rachel's Collision repair shop combination, it's the unfortunate example of everything wrong in the auto coverage & repair business. read more

Rachel's collision fixed my BMW . Progressive gave me a date of July 6th but Rachel's finished it 3 days early ! They have the best customer service and my car came out beautiful , they even detailed the inside :). They fixed my car pretty well and only took a week but they tried having me leave with a chip on the paint and they backed up into a big nail but would not get me a new tire. They ended up patching it up which wont hold for long so i was very disappointed. My car was super dirty and scratched up inside with dirt from their shoes and hands. The least they could do was at least wipe it so I wouldn't see it but my mats had their boot prints all inside and the worker tried taking out the nail with my broken car key which was also upsetting. They fix what they have too but after they dont care and just want you to leave. Im glad my car was fixed but i left upset with a dirty car and a patch in my tire when they should've gotten me a new one for not cleaning out their road. I also asked for an estimate on my hood 4 times and i got ignored so I wouldn't go back there. I was treated nicely but you could tell they didn't want to do a full job and just wanted me to leave. read more
