    Spinach Artichoke Dip
    Paige B.

I had very high hopes because they are the same owners of the Log Cabin and Springfield Grille however, they are nothing in comparison food or server wise. We waited about 10 minutes before we were greeted which isn't so bad but once we got our appetizer which took a very long time we didnt see our server for at least another 30-45 minutes. I was never topped off for my water, we barely got checked on and she walked past us numerous times. The appetizer we got was thr Spinach Artichoke Dip. It was okay. Very cheesy. The chips were the best part. Once we finally ordered our food my salad was decent but the chicken I got was like the pre ready grilled Tyson strips that they have in the plastic bags at the grocery store. As I said the salad part was good with the fresh berries and yummy peach vinaigrette but the chicken was awful. The place had plenty of seating and was cute inside but I was HIGHLY disappointed with the service and the food. There aren't as many gluten free options as the other restaurants which was upsetting. Not even gluten free buns.

My cousin was in for Christmas so we decided to try Rachel's Roadhouse for dinner. It's located close to my new home so decided to stop in. We were greeted by our waitress but she wasn't very welcoming... no smile just wanted to know our orders. Expected more enthusiasm on Christmas Eve. We both ordered hamburgers, different types, with sweet potato fries. I also ordered the french onion soup with hot tea. My soup arrived quickly and was delicious. Our burgers followed quickly hot and aromatic. They were cooked to our specifications and delicious. We both enjoyed the sweet potato fries. I highly recommend you stop in

We have never had a bad experience dining at Rachel's Roadhouse. This is the 3rd location that we have tried and were pleased with the results. I had ordered the salmon, and the waitress asked if I wanted an additional side. I asked for the broccoli but wanted to know if they used butter and garlic powder in its preparation. She said she would check and asked if they didn't, would I want to cancel the side? I responded no, but was hopeful. She returned with my meal and the plate had a large amount of broccoli. I was informed that the kitchen used fresh garlic and the waitress even brought out extra butter. It was amazing. The extra butter, after it melted, was amazing with the salmon as well. In all, an absolutely delicious experience. I highly recommend this establishment.

The service was unpolished and distracted. Beautiful interior that looks inviting but somehow seemed like there was no privacy the way the tables are setup and the way we were seated. The zucchini fries were over battered and heavy. Beer battered fish was heavy with grease like the oil was too low or it was too heavily battered also. Wife's halfwich club was ok.

Exactly what I was looking for after a long day of travel. Service at the bar was friendly and quick. The salad was generously portioned for a side. The filet was cooked perfectly. I would come back here, sit at the bar, and order this again.

It was a good hotel restaurant. Not a place I'd travel to get to but a decent place for a meal. The steak and shrimp were a little dry. The blue cheese horseradish (I think) sauce was very thin and was ok. Again. Not bad but not memorable. The waitress was nice but it was very evident she was at the end of her shift. The bar is like almost every other bar. Has the lights, the wood, and the TVs.

Always great food here. Steaks and fish are normally the way to go. But check out the ever revolving specials.

The old automobile sign decor, milkshake bar, open kitchen concept and friendly staff, left a memorable impression. Big shout out to the couple, the hostess sat me with at the milkshake section of restaurant, and Lindsey one of the owners, for taking care of us. The food was plated to perfection, tasted amazing and the side salad, beyond anyone wildest dream of wow for a diner. Great portions of food, went with the sandwich special for the day. Lindsey, was engaging, great multi tasker and definitely shake master. She had to have done quite a few shakes as I watched and waited for my food. If your looking for milkshakes, burgers, prime rib, be sure to check Chop Shop out.

Timing is Everything!!!…read more I just happened to stop in at the Chop Shop in Downtown Butler, PA, during a recent Heatwave. As my luck would have it, I quickly discovered that this restaurant does not have air conditioning. I'm not sure if it was just offline or if it is permanent; however, be warned!! The restaurant had children and elderly people seated, so I couldn't wimp out and go somewhere else. The Chop SHop is a downtown Butler must-try, and it is three concepts rolled into one. The Chop Shop is a vintage-style eatery serving sandwiches, milkshakes, burgers, vegetarian fare and grilled meats. I ordered their specialty milkshake, which is a loaded milkshake that comes with everything thrown into one Milkshake. Although it was a perfect drink for a heatwave, my milkshake quickly melted due to the heat in the restaurant. For the main course, I ordered the Mixed Grill, which had grilled elk tenderloin, smoked quail, caramelized bacon brussels sprouts, dauphinoise potatoes and a blackberry brandy demi-glaze. The food was awesome, and those potatoes were crazy-good. The Elk was cooked to medium as I ordered, and the quail was tender and juicy. Overall, a good but hot dining experience. The Chop Shop has great food, great service, and one day may serve alcohol in the restaurant, but for now, their food and drinks can be enjoyed without it.

My southwest chicken salad was a nice accompaniment. We had the cheese sticks, sliders, and southwest egg rolls in our triple dipper. We didn't love the egg rolls, but we loved sliders. However, we went there on 7/30/26 and it was not very good. We decided to get something other than a burger. Since i have the app on my phone, we get free chips and salsa. Their salsa is always a bit thin and runny but tasty. love their tortilla chips. Not his time. They were undercooked, greasy, soggy and just plain bad. We mentioned something to food runner and she said "i will tell them". No offer to replace the bad stuff, but since they are free we didn't put up a fuss. Then the food came. We both ordered their chicken crispers. They come with fries and mac and cheese. Mac and cheese is hard to screw up, but they found a way. Runny thin cheese, overcooked mac and way too salty (and i love salt)The chicken was stringy and not very good, but edible. We talked to oour sever about the mac and cheese. She shrugged her shoulder and said "oh well". Overall a very poor showing. Her "oh well" cost her some tip, although i still tipped 15%. We will probably give them another chance and stick with the burgers next time. BTW, IMO their beer is WAY overpriced for what they are. A Yuengling draft is $6.50??? Most similar places are about half that price. Plus they don't put the prices on their menu for drinks. Why is that?
