He had a couple of miscalculations (prevented me from giving 5 stars). I think he should have used a stud finder to locate the wood beams, instead of using the knocking method. After spending an afternoon trying to hang the racks with my brother-in-law, I gave up and called Brain. He gave me a super reasonable quote and penciled me in the very next day. After spending some time, brain storming where I wanted the racks to go, Brian got started. Mind you, I was having a difficult time locating the right studs to place the rack to be most functional based on my space and needs. Brian had no problem. Turns out, my builder did not use standard measurements for stud placement and Brian used his own mounting brackets to place the racks where I needed them. Please consider this before buying a rack!!: Brian offered me his racks which are rated for 200 additional lbs more than the racks I bought at a significantly lower price.
