This is about their online ordering. I just paid $27 to return 2 pair of Nike Revolutions that were a 50% off second pair with discounts etc. that made it 2 pairs for $90 bucks a great deal. I wear 10 1/2 WIDE. I was sent 101/2 WIDE according to the shoe box and label. My foot with thin socks were heel to toe touching the ends of the shoe. This was not a true size or Nike shoe! I called customer service and asked for a return label. They said I had to pay shipping to return the shoes that were flawed!! The Castle Rock, CO location has the worst customer service. The rudest employees ever. One of the managers and one named Mary. Extremely snotty to us when we tried to do a return. We bought shoes and returned 2 hours later on the same day to return them. We never even took them out of the box. When we returned, they said the shoes looked worn and said they couldn't give a full refund. We had the shoes 2 hours! And like I said, we never even took them out of the box!! If you are trying to cut back a little, but often 'need' to buy new high medium gamme shoes, this is a good place to go. I love Cole Haan, but the days of my paying 200.00 - 300.00 for a pair of shoes are over for now, but I don't want to buy no name ill fitting tacky looking crap either. My feet are very sensitive and need proper care. I often find if you go too low you are often getting ripped off more than if you go too high. Rack Room sells shoes in a comfortable middle (and it isn't so huge that it is overwhelming like DSW can be. You can actually get in and out of here pretty quickly.) Do not order from them! After ordering 1 pair of shoes for my son I got an alert saying my PayPal account was charged 3 separate times by rack room shoes. 2 identical charges and one that was like 8 dollars more than the other two. In the mean time I've only received one pair of shoes. (So far) After contacting rack room shoes, I was essentially told it was my problem and now I am responsible for waiting for 2 shipments of shoes that I didn't order, going to a printer place to print off labels, driving 30 minutes to the nearest fedex to ship them. I wish I could give this place zero stars. It looks like all the other reviews hit it right on the nose when it comes to no customer service and/or poor customer service. It is non existent. I went in today and literally got into a full blown Argument with one of the staff named Stephan. I have never in my life seen such ignorance and rudeness from store personnel. I will definitely be contacting corporate and complaining because no one deserves to be treated or talked to like that. I had a $20 rewards on my account and I asked him to call corporate so I can speak to them and we resolve the issue and his response was "I'm Not calling no one...... you can call yourself...". This was not reflected in my cart. I live chatted with CS and was told to call them instead. I called, talked to a lady, was put on hold 3 times and then transferred to another new lady to restart the whole process over again. After this, I hung up directly and cancelled my order. I ordered boots on the 16th of Dec. They were the only Christmas gift my two boys and I got my mom. When I order it online it said arriving Before Christmas. Granted we arrived to the store ten minutes before they closed, however I did not expect to be forced out at exactly 9:00 pm on the dot. My wife and I came there to purchase a pair of boots and we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but needed a little more than ten minutes to decide amongst all the boots we liked. As soon as 9:00 pm hit we were told that we are closed and pretty much decide on something or leave. In addition, one of the employees was waiting by the door implying that we need to leave. I understand not wanting to stay longer than necessary, but I have worked retail for several years and I never forced a customer out of the store. If that was the case, I would have helped the customer even more to help them decide on something before they left. Terrible customer service!! I went there on Wednesday and pick out two pairs of shoes that I was interested in. I asked them to hold it for me because I wanted to go back and do some more shopping. The policy of this store is to hold shoes for up to two days. I was aware of this because I had done it in the past on multiple occasions. I went back on Friday, told the lady behind the cash register that I had two pairs of shoes on hold and could she pull them out. She look and stated that they were no longer there. I questioned why and I was told that they only hold shoes for one day (not true). She began to argue with me. I told her forget it and I will buy shoes from another store.
