The tops and bottoms don't always match, even when they have the same color and off the same rack as if they are supposed to go together. This has happened with many blacks that have. I have 7 black sweatpants and 5 black sweatshirts and almost none of them match. The service is on point and their discounts are usually really good. Date I say the best on the east coast but it could be that I just happen to have more access so I see the 40% days more than I do at the other locations. That error is the reason the jacket was not on the receipt. Instead of correcting the situation, the store refunded only the pants, kept both items, and sent me out with nothing. I spoke with the store manager, Alexandra, who repeated policy but did not take ownership of the fact that this situation was caused by a cashier error. I am not asking for anything free. The focus is on shopping, so food choices tend to be slim and there are a few food trucks in a little park to help ease those hunger pains while shopping. The stores are always on trend and well-stocked with bargains. I've never had any issues at any of the shops finding what I need and the staff in the stores are always helpful.
