I have to say HENRY BROTHERS, specifically JASON was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and immediately started to educate me on how to file an ins. claim and the process involved. Since I've never filed a claim this saved me hrs. in time on what questions I had or the steps I needed to take. It must be noted that, Jason arrived within 20 minutes of my call on a very busy morning after Cookeville experienced extreme winds and rain (I'm sure most roofing contractors are swamped right now after last night). Henry Brothers was my first call and I am extremely happy with the responsiveness of the crew to temporarily cover my open roof where the ridge cap and shingles basically blew off and tons of water entered my home last night. My whole roof will need to be replaced as its lifted in many places. Again, extremely happy with the quick response and look forward to a competitive quote that our ins. adjuster will accept.

That day I immediately went on Yelp's "Request A Quote" to get ahead of the rush of people looking for roof contractors. Four people got back to me, including Roberts Roof Repair. Jason Roberts was the only one who immediately booked an assessment for the following day. Jason came out, checked my roof, tarped and patched all the spots with missing shingles, took a tons of photos for my insurance co., and with his 30 years of roof experience told me, "you're definitely going to need an entire roof." Welp, he was right and when my insurance came out and assessed everything, they agreed. Sadly, my insurance company dragged their feet for about two weeks until finally sending me the money for the roof. Once I sent Jason the down payment for materials, they were delivered within four days and two days later I had an entire crew at my house. His team worked fast, they were able to tear off my old roof and put on the new roof with in about eight hours! If you need a new roof or any small contractor jobs, I highly recommend Roberts Roofing company.

We didn't want to pay top dollar but we didn't want the cheapest solution either. We wanted to make the carport roof right for our buyers. The estimate thoroughly detailed the work and products and it was a go. We met with Allstar the day before the work was to be done. They "didn't have enough product" to fulfill the estimate and Allstar suggested shingles instead. The day of the work...with NO discussion...they switched from shingles to tar paper that the owner had on hand at his home and charged us MORE than the estimate. The tar paper was left hanging over the roof edges. Very messy. The "new roof" didn't last through the first rain. We met with them. Note: The business owner is always late. When he finally showed up, he got on his phone like we were insignificant. He refused to make it right, said it was our fault because we "didn't want to spend a lot of money" and he wanted to charge us $1,000 more to fix it. As it stands, we spent $2,000 for what professional roofers call a temporary roof. They may have gotten out there without informing us because the spot that leaked doesn't leak anymore. This is the kind of company that gives roofers a bad name. Us, our real estate agent and others that he talks to will never refer this company again.

Best advice I can give is find another contractor. No accountability and they do not know how to run a job. if I could add photos it would tell the entire story.
