Then I found Mark on a neighborhood message board and reached out with a question. Not only did he get back to me immediately, but he turned out to be the Owner of RAD Computers in Mesa who is in the process of opening a new shop here in Maricopa! Mark responded to my home the next day and immediately got to work identifying and correcting my issues. He ordered me the part I needed on the spot and then spent extra time showing me how set up, organize, and update my emails in Outlook, free of charge. After my parts arrived, Mark returned to my house and installed everything, cleaned up all my photos and unused applications, increased my memory and instructed me on how to maintain my system. He even programed two universal remotes for televisions that I had just set up, also free of charge. Just recently finished up my first ever custom PC build, and was super excited to see everything running until I realized it failed to display anything on my monitor. I had started to panic and went onto Yelp looking for the best PC repair shop available, at was met with RAD Computers. I was able to walk through the entire troubleshooting process with Mark from RAD Computers, who was very nice and throughly explained the process to go through to find out what was wrong. The solution ended up being simple, I somehow forgot to connect a power cable to the CPU and didn't plug in the Display Port cable into the GPU, but figuring that wasn't so easy and Mark was essential to saving my computer. Mark is the best! Very knowledgeable & reasonably priced. I was having issues with my laptop a few years ago & had someone else in the IT field troubleshoot, but couldn't figure out what was wrong. So I called Mark & he immediately said it sounds like the hard drive needs to be replaced. I dropped the laptop to him & that's exactly what it was. He replaced the hard drive & restored all my files to the new drive and I picked it up within 3 days. Fast forward to last week & the mouse pad wasn't responding on the same laptop. Mark found a loose cable that was easily fixed & I had my laptop back the very next day & haven't had any more problems. I thought I was going to need a new computer since mine is several years old. My laptop decided to go black suddenly. I tried everything but I had no screen or power even though it was plugged in. I called RAD Computers and an actual person answered the phone. Mark was friendly and polite. I explained the situation and Mark had me bring my computer to him in less than 3 hours. He checked everything out and ran some diagnostics and with a few clicks of the mouse he had it up and running again. I bought a custom built gaming PC for my son and couldn't get it to work. I called and spoke with Mark this afternoon and he told me that it's more than likely one of three things that are wrong with it and to bring it in today.
