They couldn't even see my order. Prior to all that happening, I was inquiring about security cameras. THIS purchase did not happen due to the lack of knowledge anyone had on top of waiting and wasting an excessive amount of time for someone to assist but never showed. No one was there that could answer many of my questions? What?! When I was at check-out a woman leaving the store exclaimed: "You just lost a sale!" - I turned to the cashier and stated "I'm the second one to exclaim the same thing - $1200 security set and you just lost that sale" Here it is folks... you walk in calm and with a purpose. Typically you leave frustrated and empty handed. This store is going down. For a large company that used to be the go-to place for electronic needs is likely about to shutter their doors. Two sales GONE in a matter of a few minutes due to employees just filling space in a store. Imagine how many more sales opportunities went out the window. Smh. Nope. They won't last. Just read a few other reviews. Really it's the same thing, different story line.

Let me say their Tech Jeff was fantastic! I had asked for a referral for software to purchase and they gave me a price of a common software that anyone could purchase online. Dorothy decided to up the price by an extra $183 when the program was less than $500 and then got nasty when I told her that mark up was way to high. She lied about our conversations to make it look like I was verbally harassing them, when all I wanted was an answer about our new computer. I WILL NOT EVER have anyone I know give this lady business! BEWARE, she will lie about labor hours. Last thing....We asked for her to take our credit card, and she said they weren't set up for that.
