This place is definitely one of my favorite games stores. Whether I'm meeting a friend to play a…read moregame, shopping for that new mini to add to my collection, or just grabbing a drink and hanging out it has always been a great experience. Staff has always been super friendly to me. There's also a great board game library, wargame terrain, and tables that are all free to use. Prices are very reasonable and often times cheaper than Amazon or Ebay. If you're lucky enough to catch one of their comedy shows you're in for a real treat! Be prepared for nerd jokes mixed with some audience participation and a little bit of crass humor.

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and helpful. As of writing this, they offer a membership where you are able to sign up for a year of 10% off, which costs only $10 for the year. I tried to ignore the first time, but multiple times now I've purchased "new" packs and have found them resealed. It's always the older sets that have issues. Today I tried asking about the obvious reseal mark on a pack I just purchased of uninfinity. Last time it was crimson vow. Go see for yourself. Compare a new tarkir to any older set. Upon asking, they showed me another pack pointing to the back telling me "it's how it's manufactured". I simply pointed to the other side with the obvious heat seal that they avoided. At that point I knew it was no mistake or error and they were aware the packs had been tampered with. Very disappointed to see them openly feel that this is acceptable. I will not be returning.

The only reason they're still in business must be because no one shops around and knows the real price of things. Sad to see them take advantage of our community. I was assured they could and did. Well my nephew broke it. Went back to The Hobby Connection, And was told the part was back ordered. They could not get the part it was on "Back Order". This is a common part that would break should be on hand.... So my purchase on good faith $200 plus dollars sits unusable. The employee gave me a hard time and an attitude.
