Very disappointing experience. The business advertises discounted appointment slots as available, but after booking, I was left waiting for confirmation with no response. I made multiple attempts to contact them and even reached out to Booksy for assistance, only to learn that Booksy could not cancel the unconfirmed appointment on the provider's end. To make matters worse, there was still the possibility of being charged a cancellation or no-show fee despite never receiving proper confirmation. When customers book an appointment, they should not have to spend their day chasing down a response or wondering whether the appointment is actually happening. If you are not available to honor a time slot, it should not be listed as available. Advertising discounted openings, failing to confirm them in a timely manner, and then placing the burden on the customer is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not book here again. read more

I was super excited to get Halloween designs this month and this place kept popping up on my IG so I contacted them. I arrived for my appointment and they told me they could only match 60% of the design I asked for... they didn't explain what 60% meant but they said the design person didn't show up today after I had been contacted to move my appointment up from 4 to 3:30 this afternoon. Anyway I'll leave the conversation here for your viewing. To answer the claim that I said if it was not 100% I would not pay is a false statement. Those words never left my mouth. If you don't do designs brought to you then that is something you should tell people when they ask for an appointment. Yes I told you the next day i had very bad food poisoning and apologized for not going in. I showed proof if you have proof of me saying I would t pay please share it and don't just lie to people that wrong. Also I did not treat your staff inappropriately at all. The IG shows what happened because had I done something wrong you would have brought it up there not after I left a bad review. It's very sad that instead of caring about your would be costumers experiences you double down and bully them like you have on all the one star reviews. My usual go to place is currently closed, so I hopped on Yelp to look for a temporary nail salon I could go to. I came across Bonjour and the good reviews, so I decided to make an appointment for a Saturday at noon. When I arrived, the young man quickly greeted me and offered me a drink while I waited for a technician to become available. After about 10 minutes or so, I was sat. The technician got started on removing the gel that was on my nails. When he was done, I noticed that he was getting ready to color my nails with the new color I had chosen. When I told him that I wanted a manicure as well, he got a pair of nails tools that were used my the previous person and just clean them off with some alcohol and proceeded to work on my cuticles!!! So not the most hygienic salon. The overall results of my manicure was a bit sloppy. Too much dip and color was added (3 coats each) which makes my nails look bulky. I won't be back. read more

I should have left this place that day and years ago... I love supporting small businesses and I've been going here on and off for a few years, but I won't be anymore due to my last experience. Just awful and painful!! I went here to get my dip removed because it's only $10. You get what you pay for. Other places charge $12-$14, depending. Normally, if you get it replaced at the same place, the fee is waived. I greeted and seated at a FILTHY station!! Nail dust everywhere on the table. Was it wiped down before the towel was placed on top? Nope! The girl sat down. She wore a face mask, didn't greet me and had tattoos on her forearms. Apparently, I interrupted her doing her nails as she had fresh acrylics on her left hand that hadn't yet been shaped or painted. Her right hand seemed to be finished though... She turned on the nail dremel and started to remove my dip polish. Every other nail she held it too long in one place and got TOO CLOSE! IT STUNG SO MUCH! Did she apologize after I gasped in pain? Nope. I told her to he careful then it happened again. She pressed my nail down hoping to make it better (see pictures). She seemed to rush through each nail and to make matters even worse, after she put the acetone and cotton on my nails, she didn't let them sit longer than 5 mins. before she attempted the dremel AGAIN! I had to tell her to wait longer and asked why she was in a rush. She didn't respond. The clips placed on each of my nails were just in a basket btw...WITH OTHER DIRTY COTTON WADS! WHAT?! And the first set of cottons she removed from my hands were put BACK INTO the basket! No wonder... ‍ Christian sat with us and saw what was happening. When she got up, he told me she didn't speak English as if that was an excuse for her lack of skills and rushing through the process. She must know some english, why would he wait to tell me this after everything that was happening?? I wish I got her name to tell you all, but look for the forearm tattoos. My nails, a week later, have RIDGES in them from dip removal. Never again. Look at my pictures. Overall Review: The Staff - hit or miss. The owner and some staff are mostly friendly. Some don't speak English, but hello to greet people isn't that hard. Customer service should be a priority! They just look at you when you walk in. Christian - Young guy who is a student, model, fluent in English, and currently helping out at the salon. I don't think he does nails though. The Environment - dirty most of the time and visibly disorganized. They play music videos on the tv and the decor is all over the place. They do use bags inside the foot spas, but tools don't seem to be sterilized imo. It's never really busy when I go which is also a bad sign. Payment - Venmo. They ask if you have cash especially for tips and highly prefer Venmo. I understand credit card fees can be high, but if you can't afford them then you could charge more for your services. This is probably how they keep their prices low tbh. I wouldn't go back even if it was FREE at this point. Anyway, I hope this helps and good luck! read more

Unfortunately, the management for this establishment was quite terrible. The owner overfilled the schedule, and I ended up leaving prior to my appointment. You can get your nails done elsewhere for the same price, if not at a better fairer place with more professionalism. I came in around the same time as another customer and there was only one worker present at the time. They prioritized someone else who claimed to have a large following on social media despite having an appointment made for that specific time. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before leaving because it was taking too long. I called the owner shortly after and he did not respond to any of my calls. read more

I went to get a simple fill and the man who provided the service clearly didn't know what he was doing, he kept wiping off the acrylic. After about the fourth of fifth time of this, I very gently and as kind as I could said, it's ok if you can't do this, but I'd prefer to stop if you don't know how. He blamed it on the fact that the acrylic "dries too fast on my nails" and offered to show me his license twice before stopping. Clearly dissatisfied with the thick, bumpy and unfinished nails, and now waiting for my daughter, the lady at the front table very kindly offered for me to come back the next day and she would do them right. I took her up on it and returned the next day and despite her rough approach, yanking my hands and telling me to relax, my nails, that day, looked very nice. This brings me to the week following the appointment, where one at a time, my nails chipped off at the corner, one broke, they look awful! I'm not new to getting my nails done, so I can say with experience, they are doing something wrong here. I went to this nail salon for the first time today because of the good reviews, but I was disappointed in the service I got. The reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because I genuinely like my pedicure. My issue was that there were no customers and the one worker that was working was texting for 15 minutes as I was waiting to get my pedicure. It wasn't until I said something, "if you want to text I could go somewhere else" that she FINALLY put down her phone. She said that she was texting someone from Vietnam and it's nighttime out there, she mentioned the guy had surgery so she had to text him. I can understand that, but don't take customers if you have other priorities. I would've been okay going to another salon. She then threw comments while I was texting during my pedicure to justify her texting and said "see, you're texting too hahahaha." I just smiled, but in reality, the difference is I'm not working, I'm allowed to text. If I'm paying you for a service plus tipping you, you should not waste the customers time and have them wait just because you want to text. Overall, I don't recommend this place if you care for service. The pedicure turned out nice, but I feel like I could get a nice pedicure elsewhere without this experience. I'm writing this review in hopes management corrects this issue. read more

When booking my appointment, I asked if they had someone who somewhat knew how to treat/cut in-grown nail. They said yes, and I got someone having a hard time treating my nail. I love getting Gel-X manicures here. For me, they last a solid 5-6 weeks. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and I get to look forward to a new design/color every month. It's super easy to book an appointment online and they're also very responsive via text. For my fellow stamp card enthusiasts, they offer $5 off for every 10 stamps. And if you ever forget your stamp card at home, don't fret; just get a new one and they will consolidate your stamps into one card the next time you bring the cards in. read more
