The staff here was extremely welcoming and I was able to do a 7 day free trial before signing up for a membership. F45 has a few different membership options and offers student and military discount (same discount). The classes here are excellent! The atmosphere is extremely encouraging and it's nice to just walk in and have your (super efficient, 45 minute) workout planned for you. The trainers, especially Nicole and Leslie, have great energy, and overall this F45 has an awesome community feel. Even ending my membership when I left NJ was easy and painless. Highly recommend!

It's a small studio but it's not conventional like the rest of the studios in the area. He doesn't use or have any cardio machines in there. To me that is awesome because it makes a trainer have to work harder and keep themselves up to date with new exercises, I am writing this long review because I have been with other trainers and they suck. They put you on a treadmill for 20 minutes and leave you there! Why would I pay for someone to do that when I can walk by myself... Anyway, this is a really cool place, I did get a free training session out of the chat and can't wait to see what is in store next week.
