This gym is in the perfect spot between heading to work or going home... It's 24 hours Monday through Friday! So for Insomniacs or people which require special hours to get a workout in, this is your place! The gym has great free weights as well as universal machines. Cardio Equipment, hardcore classes from Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Core Development, and conditioning classes (Kickboxing, Boxing) these are just a few of the many offered. Great Staff, clean environment and Juice Bar! Lockers are clean and showers which is key for someone that comes in before work and needs to freshen up before heading into the office. I'm back with another review. This gym continues to impress me. I had the pleasure of taking Ray's barbell class on Tuesday and James's stretching class this morning both were simply Amazing!!! Then I met one of the owners in the stretching class today and he was so engaging and pleasant to speak with. There are several attributes I like about this gym, one being the vision of the owners to inculcate a culture of diversity and inclusion, secondly, the desire to engage the members. Most of the staff go out of their way to greet you when you walk in. I love this!!!! Having found this gem of a gym, I know I will cry me a river when i have to relocate to Dallas next month. I really really love this place! My son will be 5 years old in a couple weeks and for the past 6 months I've been trying to get him involved in some form of martial arts. My son usually would feel uncomfortable about going into a karate studio with a bunch of kids yelling, punching and kicking. After checking with other places the mostly have group classes, I called UFC Gym in Riverdale. Since I drive past the gym everyday and more recently seen them at a Kinnelon Day festival in NJ, I decided to call and spoke to Lindsey over the phone. She's very knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions. She told me that my son James would have a trial session with a trainer also named James. I asked my son's grandmother to take him and when I got there later, James took the time to get to know my son first and within very little time, my son was punching, kicking and doing somersaults. After their session together my son said that he wanted to do it again. I also spoke to another guy their named Rob and discussed that my son's goal would be to get him involved in a kids martial arts class. But since they don't officially open until November 15th, we're taking at advantage of taking private lessons there before their grand opening next month. Thank you so much Lindsey, James and Robert for taking the time to answer all my questions, getting to know my son and for giving him a very positive martial arts experience. It's a sweat shop!!! Very concerned about the lack of air flow and ventilation . Excessive heat inside the gym especially in the boxing and interval training areas. Only 3 overhead fans in the entire gym with the indoor temperature consistently ranging from 77 - 80 degrees. Mats and flooring become so drenched with sweat that they become slippery. The situation has been addressed over & over by many people with administration but to no avail. Lack of ventilation during the Covid pandemic is dangerous. read more

I have been a member to all of the gyms in the area and I can honestly say that this is the best gym in the area by FAR. They are not out to scam you and the price is average. They have great equipment, it's always clean, and there's a sauna. Best of all, the classes are awesome. I have been taking them since the gym opened and they are always changing them up. The barbell and DUT classes are my favorite. I even got my parents to love them and do classes for the first time! They're hooked. read more

Been coming here since they opened and loved it from the start. Huge shoutout to Anthony whom I've been training with for awhile now. He's done an amazing job helping me work towards reaching my goals. I always look forward to my sessions with him because he's attentive to what works for me and knows how to push me just enough for me to not hate him (too much).
