I was shocked how busy it was. Their to-go orders are non-stop. Even though there were few patrons dining in, the rotation of online order pick ups was unbelievable. This is why the kitchen was fully staffed and the servers were widdled down to one. Don't go in there and expect stellar service. The waiter answers phones, runs food, and takes orders. My partner asked which items are vegan, she really didn't know. At Rasoi in Ybor, the server was asked the same question and she immediately pointed out all the vegan items. And, the prices were so reasonable for the amount of food you received. My letdowns were the reason for only 3 stars. They had 8 different guests order takeout. There were additional wait times for 7 of the 8 people who called in takeout orders. Our wait time was equally long. There seemed to be ample help in the back from where I was sitting. One of my biggest letdowns in any sit down restaurant, other than a fast food restaurant is bottled drinks. I like water served in a glass, with ice, a straw, and refills. The chicken I wish was a little more tender but still good. I also got a Mango Lassi to clear my palette which was so smooth. Definitely would get it again.
