I do love a good gas station Indian place. This review is for takeout. I ordered from the restaurant's website and picked up my food 20 minutes later. It was well packaged, and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the chole bhatura and the butter chicken bowl. The butter chicken bowl came with rice, the chole bhatura did not (but of course it came with its fried bread). Both dishes were very good, but the chole bhatura was better. In fact, my very picky daughter ended up eating a bunch of it, and she has previously refused to try Indian food! I'll happily return for more delicious takeout Indian food. read more

Is this an Indian food spot inside of a gas station? Yes. Is it at all what you would expect from an Indian food spot inside of a gas station? Absolutely not! This place is amazing! We've been here twice and both times we've been greeted warmly and helped with out food choices by very friendly staff. By the way, the gas station is very well set up inside. Ample seating room. The food spots well separated from the convenience store area. While we waited for our food, the owner came out both times to share some samples of their other delicious dishes. There is not a single thing I've tried from this menu that I haven't loved. Everything from the chicken tills masala and spicy goat curry, to the chicken and noodles and the lentil soup... all of it has been incredible. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and we were happy we did. The service was amazing and the food was incredible. My wife had her favorite chicken fried rice she loved it. She said it was one of the best she has had 9.2. I had the chicken masala with rice it was awesome 9.2 this is a great little gem in the area. If you are hungry stop by and try this place. I am glad that I finally decided to try this restaurant. It is located next to a gas station, so parking is a bit limited. Inside it share space with other 3 restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly, coming and checking if everything was fine, and making sure we enjoy our food. The one small down side is that took a bit longer to get our order, but it was because everything is made fresh!! I tried the Aloo Paratha, butter chicken and chicken Tikka pásala, and the paneer paratha. Everything tasted delicious. It was so much food that I had for the next day! The moment I walked to the window, the gentleman taking orders was so welcoming and even gave me samples to try. A friend and I stopped by Friday 1-9-2026 at about 1:30pm. My friend ordered Mild Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan I ordered Medium Chicken Tikka Masala. Both were very good. We ordered the larger of the 2 sizes and there was plenty, full of chicken and great flavor. I was able to take 1/2 home for dinner, so I was able to get 2 meals from mine. The food at Saffron was very fresh and good. I ordered the chicken tiki masala and my wife had the chicken and lamb bowl. We also had chili garlic naan, which was made fresh at the restaurant. Our food had a little spice, but a good mango yogurt drink helped it wash it down. The service was great, the manager treated us to some naan to try out and it was delicious. The place is located within a gas station, but there are also an Italian ice cream store and some good treats there as well. The ambiance was nice, had chairs and tables for us to eat. We will definitely come back! Don't let the location fool you, yes it's in conjunction with a shell station, but inside is clean and spacious with a fair amount of sitting space if you want to dine in. The staff is great! Very inviting. We have tried a lot of indo/asian fusion food, they had great recommendations and a very large menu. The food was made to order, hot and fresh. For appetizers we got samosas, and garlic cheese naan. Samosas were great, and the naan was fresh and amazing. For main course we ordered the chicken indo-Chinese bowl, the chicken biryan, which were both great. I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant when I pulled up and realized the restaurant was in a gas station but we gave it a try. When we walked in, it almost reminded me of a food hall, several places to eat within the gas station. It was very clean with several options for seating. The service was great, the owner (I think) was very attentive and helpful. The food was so good. Good sized portions, I ordered the vegetable korma and my husband ordered the lamb vindaloo and we shared the garlic naan. Everything was perfectly cooked and had the right amount of spice.
