Amazing experience I was very nervous at first but I had a very good personal reference for Desiree Wolfe and this reference is 72 years old and she looks like she's 62 and not a day over so I knew she did good work. She was very very knowledgeable. I could tell by her Bedside manner that she was confident and knew exactly what she was talking about. If you're thinking about doing a liquid facelift don't be afraid. It's very important. You see a very talented person. She's an artist with a needle she does sculpting with a needle. Plain and simple GO ELSEWHERE! Please read! After getting dysport injections I started to experience bad symptoms, swollen eyes , blurred vision and pressure headaches. I can't go into sunlight with these effects getting worse. So I got a second opinion which I was told it's highly possible my injections were preformed way to close to my eyebrows ( improper placement). Speaking with Lisa the manager I requested a refund my face was and is a mess( along with weird pulling on my forehead) . She told me the only way they'd do anything is if I go into the office , I explained I'm embarrassed and not comfortable with that and I'd like to do it via video chat. NEVER heard back! After this convo a week later I ended in the ER the pressure was so Intense I could not even open my eyes anymore!!! I again left a message for her to call me back and NOTHING! To sum this up .... 500 plus for dysport , $75 for second opinion , thousands of dollars from ER and I can't even get a response now or a refund for the mistakes on there end. Had my first visit for botox yesterday and loved this place from the minute I walked through the door. The space is spacious and pretty and has a very calming energy. I was greeted by friendly staff and whisked away into a tranquility room to fill out paperwork. The room was stocked with snacks and drinks which was perfect as I had been running for hours and was starving. I saw Desirey for botox and while I've had botox for many years, I've never had anyone explain exactly how many units in which mucsles with such detail. Desirey was super friendly and knowledgable about many products and procedures. They also offer HRT. The prices are competitive and lucked out with a sale price of $11/unit. I'm told they run great specials every month. I would recommend Radiance without hesitation and will definitely be going back! read more

I'm changing my previous review because I've had some issues. After a year and literally thousands of dollars later on Botox and fillers I feel like I have obtained a decent background of experience for a solid review. This has been the only place I've received injections from up until this point. When it comes to the dysport injections I was receiving I was noticing the effect dissipating after 5 weeks. I was told and given the impression that it had to do with my activity level and metabolism so every 6 weeks to 2 months I've been making appointments that averaged around $350 for dysport on my forehead and crows feet. I'm posting a picture of the juvederm results of 1 full syringe. Since this was my first lip filler I wasn't sure what to expect but In the picture there's a pretty good example of the timeline of results. There was very little difference. Since this is my only experience I'm waiting for my injections to wear off and I'm going to research and try another location to see if I experience the same results just to rule out that its not "my metabolism" that's causing the effect to wear off quickly. read more
