The other companies gave a high price quote, either over the phone or via text. I liked her and hired her. She did a fabulous job! This girl knows how to clean! You will not have to do anything after she is finished. She does not miss any nooks or crannies, no short cuts. She is very detailed! My house sparkled after she was done and smelt good too! I've had monthly cleanings with Brazican for about 8 months, and I couldn't be happier. I've used many different cleaning services (more than I can count), and I'm really happy to have found Brazican. They actually changed my outlook on cleaning services entirely. Brazican is the first cleaning service to actually care about their work. They want to do a good job, and they want their customer to be happy. Many cleaning services act like this for the first 3 - 6 months, but become more lax with repeat cleanings. They also always have service with a smile! Very Unprofessional!! I had arranged an every other week cleaning service and confirmed a couple hours before and they said I cancelled. They insist on only doing business via text and text you a confirmation from a different phone number than what you were messaging from originally. Even though you literally just confirmed with the main number that is on yelp. Instead of apologizing or being sympathetic for the customer rearranging their day they were rude and still for some reason wouldn't answer the phone. Another annoying aspect is they give you a window of time like a cable company instead of just telling you what specific time they will be there.
