She has been doing my hair since 2014 and I have LOVED every new hair style (and trust me I go with something different every time). Stephanie has never done me wrong. She is positive and upbeat and will do a great job for you. Now, the salon. It's down a side road, and Stephanie's window overlooks a beautiful, rocky, natural area. It's great to look out the window while the color is setting. I saw hummingbirds and squirrels and lizards while I waited. The shop is smaller, and cozy, with beautiful boho décor and lots of plants. I think it's a great ambiance and it's the setting is more personal than her last salon. I highly recommend both Stephanie Z and Elements Hair Gallerie. I have been going to her for years and never had any issues under her care. She's always made me feel like the best version of myself. Years ago, I had an incident where another stylist ruined my hair. I am a buttercream blonde, and prior to Erica; my hair had brassy, yellow, grey undertones and was completely fried. Erica seriously brought my hair and confidence back to life. She was patient and gentle with my hair and not only salvaged my hair - but made it look the best it's ever been. She's always honest with me, and cared about my hairs health. She truly cares about her clients and their needs. Erica has never made me feel dismissed or a nuisance by needs. She has never tried to sell me products that I didn't need, never pushed me out the door, never cancelled on me and has never pushed me for tips (but you should tip her or any hair stylist you go to FYI.) I always look forward to seeing her because she's great to talk to, it always feels so natural spending time with her. I left some photos of myself in the daylight and indoors, as you can see my hair is very vibrant and golden in any environment. She also has done a keratin job on my hair that put the keratin back into my hair - she's done a lot of health treatments and knows how to style it well. Her knowledge and talent is very versatile, she also did my coworker's hair that's completely different from mine and she looks fabulous. I recommend anyone and everyone to go to her.
