I LOVE my stylist so much she is so great BUT no one else in the salon was enforcing covid precautions. Scary thought since they literally closed over the summer due to a bunch of people getting sick. Very disappointing that they refuse to exercise even BASIC infection control measures. I sincerely hope my stylist moves to a different location because I LOVE her!! She does follow the precautions FYI, sanitizes, masks, everything. It's just not enforced at the salon and literally no one else in the salon is complying with the guidelines at all. Very disappointed. read more

I was desperate to find someone who could fix a terrible cut I got in Yuma and happened to be going to Prescott for a few days. I got an appointment with Kammie. She was wonderful and did a fantastic job on fixing the cut. The place is really cute in a little boutique shopping complex. I recommend it highly! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will never recommend this place to anyone. Came in for a color (haven't colored my hair in about a year). Jaymi was my hair dresser. Well I wanted a certain color, did not get it. She made it too dark and I told her in the chair that I thought it was too dark! Well she said "give it a couple of days and it will fade". A week went by it did not fade AT ALL! On the second week it faded. But not in a good way!! My hair was still dark in certain areas and orange-y/ yellowish in others! On top of that I was playing phone tag with her while this was occurring. The first time I called she said she would call Tuesday after her vacation... NEVER CALLED!! I called again at the end of the week (Friday)!! She called 2 days later. I was at clinical while she called. I got off and called around 4:30/5pm the front desk lady said she was gone! Finally a month after I had my hair done by her and multiple phone calls, she schedules me an appointment. But not to fix my hair... But for a consultation... EXCUSE ME?!! So you already had me walk around looking like a joke and your not even going to fix my hair?! Okay, I decide to proceed with the consultation appt. 2 hours before the appt is supposed to happen... She has the front desk lady call me and say "jaymi had something she needs to take care off that came up and wants to know if you can come in earlier?" Umm no!! I scheduled this time specifically because I was getting off earlier that day and that worked out for us both. Well I decided to cancel this appt and ask for my money back! I was going down to California for my engagement photography session and my hair dresser from there saw the photos and made an available time for me. She fixed my hair thank God! Even she said this chick did not know what she was doing, and that it's sad to have hair dressers like that out there!! Well Jaymi doesn't refund money... she "guarantees" her work but took a month to schedule me and wanted me to look like a clown walking around town and was very rude and unprofessional! Stay away unless you want to have your hair ruined! Oh and yes! I do use color safe shampoo (vegan) and I wash my hair with lukewarm to cold-ish water! read more

She is always on time I have never had to wait for my appointment and she has never cancelled on me. Jaymie is the only stylist in Prescott that has ever nailed my hair color consistently. She is very educated in color and pays attention to detail. Jaymie listens to your wants and produces the exact vision I explain every time. Never had a bad experience there. They always aim to please, and the front desk is always very attentive. Jayme has been doing my hair for over 4 years and I absolutely love it. When I first saw her I had recently bleached my hair platinum blonde, hated it so I had it dyed back to my natural color, then it faded and I had the same girl dye even it out. It faded to green the first time and the tried to cancel the green with red so I ended up having literal christmas tree hair when my roots started growing out. It was horrible. But Jayme fixed it and got it back to my golden blonde with no damage done! I haven't gone to anybody else since and I don't plan on switching. She's the biggest sweetheart and always keeps the conversation exciting. I switched to Jennifer after Jayme had her baby and I have to say I love both them and their work. Jennifer encouraged me to go bigger and bolder with my blonde, like adding more highlights and going more soft baby blonde. She gave me the most beautiful color ever before my wedding and my hair looked amazing. After Becky G moved, I started seeing Stephanie Zimmerman. Stephanie is also great. She is so personable. She is willing to work with me on all the crazy things I want to do and she always makes my hair feel amazing! She has cut, colored, highlighted, permed and it has all turned out great. I just had a cut from Stephanie Z. and I must say I am very disappointed. I brought in a picture of the cut I wanted and it was one I had received from another stylist at this salon a couple of times. Stephanie not only failed to recreate a reasonable facsimile of the cut, she chopped my bangs wayyyyy to short. I had even mentioned that I prefer not to have my bangs too short (and that this was a peeve of mine). A seasoned stylist would know to dry cut my bangs to ensure they weren't too short. Also, there is no blending along the front, just too short, choppy bangs. I am in search of a new place to get my hair cut (sigh) as this is the third saloon I have tried. read more

I had a negative experience with this salon, which really bummed me out because I hadn't been to a salon in a really long time and was hoping to leave feeling GOOD. Two REALLY bad things were: 1) My hairdresser dropped a highlighting foil ON THE FLOOR and USED IT ON MY HAIR...then...2) While cutting my hair she dropped the comb ON THE FLOOR, picked it up and continued brushing my hair with the dirty comb....I honestly couldn't believe it. In the end, my highlights were brassy looking (I asked the stylist if she thought we should tone them, which she stated "they'll look better when you're hair dries"), my haircut was nothing special, there was no technique there at all. I don't usually post reviews but I thought I would share this experience because I found this salon on Yelp which had "positive" reviews.. wish I could give a positive review but I would not recommend this salon. read more

First I would like to start off by stating Mrs. Beckie Kellogg was FANTASTIC! She is very busy so you will need to give her advance notice and make sure to check with her on pricing because I spoke with the front desk, twice, and the price still ended up much higher than expected. I have hair anxiety and this is the best stylist I have had since moving to Arizona! She listened to what I had pictured in my mind, looked at the photo I had and worked with me to make sure my hair would turn as I hoped. She keeps the conversation going and seems very down to earth. She takes her time and makes sure you are completely happy with the look before leaving without any feeling of being rushed which is rare to find. It was a wonderful experience. Make sure if you park on the street to keep track of the time or you will end up with an even more expensive day after a parking ticket haha. I love my new hair style!!! Becky Kellogg did a fantastic job. I asked her to lighten my hair and give me a new more youthful look. I had originally found Becky on yelp about 6 months ago and she has cut and styled my hair ever since. She always does a great job. A few months ago I decided to color my own hair a darker shade of brown which turned out almost black. I tried all kinds of home remedies including tide and baking soda paste as a shampoo to take out the color. When I colored my own hair I didn't realize that it is almost impossible to remove the darker color. Becky saved me!!! She suggested that highlighting my hair would help my hair appear lighter. Becky explained the whole process and I decided to have her do it. It looks great now. I love the look. It turned out exactly as she expected and even better than I could have hoped for. I feel prettier and younger now. I have received lots of compliments and would highly recommend Becky. read more

I first saw Stephanie Zimmerman for color/cut. My hair was way too light blond, so she applied lowlights but it still came out too blond. She said she could not go any darker. My haircut was fine. The second time I asked if she needed to do an overall color to get a darker shade. She said no, and instead applied very dark lowlights (though the previous time she said she could go any darker?). And she did not touch my gray roots. My hair ended up looking like a zebra, with stripes of dark and light blond, and then gray at the roots. The worst color job I have ever had in many years of having my hair colored. Even my husband, who never says anything negative about my hair, said it was awful. read more
