I've been getting a balayage for years, so I'm pretty picky about my hair and coloring. This was my first time going to Alchemist, and this is also the first haircut I've had where I loved it right off the bat. The cut and color were both perfect, and I really felt like I had a partner to strategize with for all of my questions. (Tone, style, etc.) I'm super happy with Laura's work.
